On 7/11/25 at 12:34 p.m., Sheval Ricardo Blake, 34, of Sterling was arrested for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Blake is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/25/25.
On 7/12/25 at 8:06 a.m., Gregory M. Miner, 49, of Baldwinsville, NY was arrested based on two Arrest Warrants issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Miner was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/12/25 at 7:48 p.m., Trajan Kotevski, 81, of Pulaski was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Village of Pulaski. Mr. Kotevski is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/26/25.
On 7/13/25 at 8:54 a.m., Darleen S. Chapman, 65, of Fulton was arrested based on a Bench Warrant and an Arrest Warrant both issued out of the Town of Mexico. Ms. Chapman was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/13/25 at 2:29 p.m., Jacob MJ Brown, 35, of Chittenango, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Brown was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/14/25 at 12:48 a.m., Arthur V. Beaudion, 57, of Oswego was arrested for Assault, 3rd degree and Menacing, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Beaudion is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/28/25.
Resulting from the same incident, Brett V. Beaudion, 20, of Oswego was arrested for Menacing, 3rd degree and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing. Mr. Beaudion is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/28/25.
On 7/14/25 at 6:26 a.m., Coty Lee Herrington, 27, of Fulton was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Herrington was arraigned in CAP Court.
Stemming from the same incident, Allison E. Passage, 35, of Adams, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree. Ms. Passage is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/28/25.
On 7/14/25 at 3:05 p.m., Albert H. Wing, 52, of Scriba was arrested for Assault, 3rd degree; Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Wing is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/28/25.
On 7/15/25 at 8:06 p.m., Justin L. Broadwell, 25, of Fulton was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico. Mr. Broadwell was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/15/25 at 8:24 p.m., Sarah E. Moore, 42, of Ransomville, NY was arrested for Burglary, 2nddegree, a class C felony and Criminal Mischief, 2nd degree, a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Albion. Ms. Moore was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/15/25 at 8:46 p.m., Brad A. Whitford, 43, of Oswego was arrested for Burglary, 2nd degree, a class C felony; Criminal Mischief, 4th degree and Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Whitford was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/16/25 at 11:14 a.m., Kory Tariq Tyler, 24, of Oswego was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Richland. Mr. Tyler was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/16/25 at 1:54 p.m., Dalton Joseph Crouch, 34, of Granby Was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Crouch is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/30/25.
At the same time, Mr. Crouch was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego City Court. Mr. Crouch was turned over to the Oswego Police Dept. for further processing.
On 7/16/25 at 3:49 p.m., Katie Ann Tyrrell, 24, of Red Creek, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Fulton City Court. Ms. Tyrrell was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/17/25 at 12:19 p.m., Jimmy J. Dygert, 38, of Granby was arrested for Aggravated Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Dygert was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/18/25 at 2:18 a.m., Cody Grant Holmquist, 27, of Scriba was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego City Court. Mr. Holmquist was turned over to the Oswego Police Dept. for further processing.
On 7/18/25 at 8:26 a.m., Stephen A. Herzog, 40, of Hastings was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree, following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Herzog was arraigned in CAP Court.
At the same time, Mr. Herzog was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Mr. Herzog was arraigned in CAP Court.
