On 6/28/26 at 6:34 p.m., Clifford J. Gladle, 51, of Scriba was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of New Haven. Mr. Gladle was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/29/26 at 12:20 p.m., Joshua J. Jock, 41, of Oswego was arrested based on a Felony Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Mr. Jock was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/29/26 at 12:50 p.m., Aliyah M. Conner, 29, of Hannibal was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree, following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Ms. Conner is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/13/26.
On 6/29/26 at 4:15 p.m., Nicole A. Joseph, 40, of Oswego was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Oswego. Ms. Joseph is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/13/26.
At the same time, Ms. Joseph was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree reportedly stemming from an incident in the City of Oswego. Ms. Joseph is scheduled to be arraigned in Oswego City CAP Court on 7/30/26.
On 6/30/26 at 1:35 a.m., Melissa A. Barringer, 47, of Cicero was arrested for Resisting Arrest and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Ms. Barringer was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/30/26 at 12:15 p.m., BillieJo E. Brow, 46, of Mexico, NY was arrested based on a Fugitive from Justice Warrant issued out of Nassau County in the State of Florida. Ms. Brow was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/30/26 at 2:07 p.m., Joshawa L. Manford, 49, and Leo J. Manford, 44, both of Hannibal, were arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Oswego. Both Mr. Manfords are scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/14/26.
At the same time, Joshawa was reportedly arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of NYSP Fulton. He was turned over to the NYSP for further processing. Joshawa was further arrested for Petit Larceny reportedly stemming from an incident that occurred in the Village of Hannibal. Mr. Manford is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/14/26.
Leo was reportedly arrested on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the NYSP. Leo was turned over to the NYSP for further processing.
On 6/30/26 at 6:26 p.m., Frederick M. Stutter, 58, of Phoenix, NY was arrested for Assault, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Stuter was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/30/26 at 8:52 p.m., Jarid A. Pitre, 31, of Volney was arrested based on two Bench Warrants issued out of Oswego County Court. Mr. Pitre was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/1/26 at 12:30 a.m., Konner J. Robinson, 20, of Sandy Creek was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Amboy. Mr. Robinson was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/1/26 at 9:41 a.m., Anthony J. Cimilluca, 33, of Parish was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Narcotic Drug, 4th degree, a class C felony; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rddegree, a class B felony; and 2 counts of Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree following an incident in the Village of Mexico. Mr. Cimilluca was arraigned in CAP Court.
Following the same incident, Rebecca Sue Johnson, 58, of Mexico, NY was arrested for 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree. Ms. Johnson is scheduled to be arraigned on 7/15/26 in CAP Court.
On 7/1/26 at 4:24 p.m., Warren D. Swanson, 29, of Palermo was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Swanson was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/1/26 at 5:23 p.m., Allen D. King, 54, of Granby and Kelly Ann Rood, 40, of Syracuse were arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 2nd degree, a class A felony; and 2 counts of Criminal Use of Drug paraphernalia, 2nd degree following an incident in the Village of Mexico. Mr. King and Ms. Rood were arraigned in CAP Court.
Following the same incident, Craig Smith, 52, of Granby was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree. Mr. Smith is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/15/26.
On 7/2/26 at 12:53 p.m., Ryan A. Parker, 40, of Scriba was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Mr. Parker was arraigned in CAP Court.
