On 7/18/25 at 8:07 a.m., Kenneth L. Rice, 46, of Syracuse was arrested for Reckless Endangerment, 1st degree, a class D felony and Fleeing an Officer in Motor Vehicle, 3rd degree following an incident in the City of Fulton. Mr. Rice was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/18/25 at 2:47 p.m., Deborah Lynn Carr, 39, of Mexico, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Mexico Town Court. Ms. Carr was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/18/25 at 11:05 p.m., Jeffry A. Arnold, 59, of Mexico, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of New Haven. Mr. Arnold is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/1/25.
On 7/18/25 at 11:43 p.m., D. William B. Haynes, 36, of Mexico was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Village of Mexico. Mr. Haynes is scheduled to be arraigned on 8/1/25 in CAP Court.
On 7/19/25 at 11:47 a.m., Terrance L. Johnson, 27, of Oswego was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Johnson is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/2/25.
On 7/19/25 at 2:24 p.m., Donald M. Bartlett, 26, of Amboy was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Amboy and a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Amboy. Mr. Bartlett was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/19/25 at 8:25 p.m., Sharon A. Barnes, 43, of Hannibal was arrested for Conspiracy, 5th degree; Assault, 3rd degree; Strangulation, 2nd degree, a class D felony and 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Ms. Barnes was arraigned in CAP Court.
Stemming from the same incident, Ronald D. Bacon, 53, of Hannibal was arrested for Conspiracy, 5th degree; Assault, 3rd degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Mr. Bacon was arraigned in Cap Court.
Also, Benjamin M. Barnes, 41, of Hannibal was arrested for Conspiracy, 5th degree; Assault, 3rddegree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Mr. Barnes was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/20/25 at 12:49 a.m., Sharon A. Barnes, 43, of Hannibal was arrested for Criminal Tampering, 3rddegree following an incident in the City of Oswego. Ms. Barnes is scheduled to be arraigned in Oswego City CAP Court on 8/7/25.
On 7/20/25 at 8:27 p.m., Terrie A. Dignean, 66, of Constantia was arrested for Stalking, 4th degree, a class B misdemeanor and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Constantia. Ms. Dignean was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/21/25 at 12:39 a.m., William H. Schilling, 40, of Scriba was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree and 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Schilling was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/21/25 at 7:27 a.m., Dale L. Tingue Jr., 45, of Wolcott, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Mr. Tingue was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/21/25 at 3:44 p.m., Lawrence A. Farrar, 31, of Fulton was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Farrar was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/22/25 at 2:45 a.m., Julie M. Bond, 48, of Oswego was arrested for Petit Larceny and Identity Theft, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of Volney. Ms. Bond is scheduled to be arraigned on 8/5/25 in CAP Court.
On 7/22/25 at 4:17 p.m., Michael A. Scheuer, 38, of Cleveland, NY was arrested for Conspiracy, 5thdegree and Grand Larceny, 3rd degree, a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Amboy. Mr. Scheuer is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/5/25.
On 7/23/25 at 4:02 p.m., Joshua Adam Miner, 33, of Volney was arrested for Rape, 3rd degree, a class E felony and Sexual Misconduct following an incident in the Town of Volney. Mr. Miner was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/24/25 at 9:58 a.m., William S. Neville, 21, of Volney was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the NYSP. Mr. Neville was turned over to the NYSP for further processing.
