On 7/18/26 at 2:44 a.m., Jorie l. Capozzi, 39, of Fulton was arrested for Unlawful Dissemination or Publication of an Intimate Image following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Ms. Capozzi is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/1/26.
On 7/19/26 at 10:36 a.m., Jillian M. Trumble, 34, of Ellisburg, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Boylston. Ms. Trumble is scheduled to be arraigned on 8/2/26 in CAP Court.
On 7/19/26 at 7:07 p.m., Cody A. Collar, 35, of Fulton was arrested for Stalking, 4th degree and Aggravated Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Collar was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/19/26 at 10:05 p.m., Abbey V. Slack, 33, of Fulton was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the City of Fulton. Ms. Slack was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/19/26 at 11:15 p.m., Gary L. Sixberry, 36, of Mexico, NY was arrested for Assault, 3rd degree; Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Unlawful Imprisonment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Sixberry is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/2/26.
On 7/20/26 at 12:49 p.m., Dhara J. Nazariosantiago, 31, of Granby was arrested for 2 counts of Petit Larceny following two separate incidents in the Town of Granby. Ms. Nazariosantiago is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/3/26.
On 7/20/26 at 10:59 p.m., Devon Patrick Crego, 33, of Hannibal was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree, a class B felony; and two counts of Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Crego was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/21/26 at 1:08 a.m., Michael Norman Stahl, 63, of Mallory, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Stahl was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/21/26 at 7:42 p.m., Donna L. Towne, 57, of Palermo was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Fulton City Court. Ms. Towne was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/22/26 at 10:22 a.m., Dolores Marie Foley, 82, of Volney was arrested for Criminal Trespass, 2nddegree following an incident in the Town of Volney. Ms. Foley is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/4/26.
On 7/22/26 at 10:37 a.m., Meagan M. Seamans, 39, of Mexico, NY was arrested for Burglary, 2nddegree, a class C felony; Criminal Mischief, 4th degree; Criminal Tampering, 3rd degree and Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Albion. Ms. Seamans was arraigned in CAP Court.
7/22/26 at 6:24 p.m., Heather Lynn Davis, 32, of Liverpool, NY was arrested based on two Arrest Warrants issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Ms. Davis was arraigned in CAP Court.
At the same time, Ms. Davis was arrested for False Personation following an incident in the Town of Richland. Ms. Davis was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/22/26 at 11:23 p.m., Curtis J. Relyea Jr., 43, of Palermo was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Village of Central Square. Mr. Relyea was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/22/26 at 11:42 p.m., Nicholas A. Love, 35, of Oswego was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Love was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/23/26 at 9:35 a.m., Justin Charles Parker, 41, of Hastings was arrested for Criminal Impersonation, 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Mexico. Mr. Parker is scheduled to be arraigned on 8/6/26 in CAP Court.
At the same time, Mr. Parker was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of NYS DEC. Mr. Parker was turned over to the NYS DEC for further processing.
On 7/23/26 at 11:57 a.m., Abdiel S. Escoffery, 39, of Syracuse, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Escoffery was arraigned in Family Court.
On 7/23/26 at 12:35 p.m., Thompson J. Burnswick Jr., 48, of Granby was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Burnswick was arraigned in Family Court.
On 7/23/26 at 4:53 p.m., Alexander C. Loomis, 27, of Palermo was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Phoenix. Mr. Loomis was arraigned in CAP Court.
