On 6/5/26 at 5:02 p.m., James V. McCombs, 37, of Amboy was arrested based on a Felony Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Mr. McCombs was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/5/26 at 5:19 p.m., Tireek A. Kirby, 29, of Syracuse was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the City of Oswego. Mr. Kirby is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/2/26.

Rathbun, 45, of Phoenix, NY, was arrested for Reckless Endangerment, 2nd degree; Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree; Resisting Arrest; Disorderly Conduct; Harassment, 2nd degree and False Reporting following an incident in the Village of Phoenix. Mr. Rathbun is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 6/20/26.

On 6/10/26 at 7:20 a.m., Dayne R. Cory, 68, of Oswego was arrested for Sex Offender Failure to Report Change, a class E felony, based off the Sex Offender Registry of Corrections Law, following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Cory is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 6/24/26.
