On 6/7/24 at 9:16 p.m., Stephen C. Waite, 28, of Oswego was arrested for Burglary, 3rd degree, a class D felony and Grand Larceny, 3rd degree, a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Oswego. Mr. Waite was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/8/24 at 3:04 p.m., Andrew M. Rivers, 35, of Palermo was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of City of Fulton. Mr. Rivers was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/8/24 at 6:16 p.m., Deserae J. Scarborough, 27, of Oswego was arrested for Reckless Endangerment, 1st degree, a class D felony; Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree, Fleeing an Officer in Motor Vehicle, 3rd degree along with multiple V&T violations following an incident that reportedly began in the Town of Parish. Ms. Scarborough was arraigned in CAP Court.
