On 6/12/26 at 8:03 a.m., Jeffrey J. Wilder, 38, of Oswego was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Mr. Wilder was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/12/26 at 9:47 a.m., Latosha L. Smiley, 38, of Oswego was arrested for Conspiracy, 4th degree, a class E felony; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree; Criminal Possession of a Narcotic, Drug, 4th degree, a class C felony; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rddegree, a class B felony; and 3 counts of Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree based off a warrant issued out of Superior Court. Ms. Smiley was arraigned in Superior Court.
On 6/14/26 at 2:07 p.m., Matthew F. Vashaw, 47, of Oswego was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree following an incident in the Town of Minetto. Mr. Vashaw was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/14/26 at 6:04 p.m., David W. Dillabough Jr., 43, of Sandy Creek was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish. Mr. Dillabough was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/14/26 at 7:52 p.m., Briana Lynn Snyder, 31, of Richland was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Richland. Ms. Snyder was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/14/26 at 8:41 p.m., Arthur J. Muir Jr., 40, of Scriba was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree; Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree; Resisting Arrest and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Muir was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/15/26 at 8:22 a.m., Terry R. West, 43, of Volney was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Volney. Mr. West was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/15/26 at 6:02 p.m., David C. Brooks, 44, of Schroeppel was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Brooks was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/16/26 at 6:22 a.m., Aaron W. Besaw, 53, of West Monroe was arrested based on 4 Bench Warrants issued out of the Town of Hastings. Mr. Besaw was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/16/26 at 9:08 a.m., Donald D. Obey, 50, of Palermo was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Palermo. Mr. Obey is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 6/30/26.
On 6/16/26 at 9:17 a.m., Justin T. Ingoldby, 34, of Palermo was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Palermo. Mr. Ingoldby was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/16/26 at 2:01 p.m., Amanda L. Ritter, 39, of Volney and Chelsea M. Scheuer, 33, of Hastings were arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Ms. Ritter and Ms. Scheuer are scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 6/30/26.
Following the same incident, David M. Ritter, 37, of Volney, was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree. Mr. Ritter is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 6/30/26.
On 6/16/26 at 2:14 p.m., Jayzon J. Crump, 27, of Syracuse was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish. Mr. Crump was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/16/26 at 5:25 p.m., Rory Guy Ingoldby, 57, of Schroeppel was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Phoenix. Mr. Ingoldby was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/17/26 at 10:26 a.m., Tyler Anthony Black, 46, of Liverpool, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Black was arraigned in Family Court.
On 6/17/26 at 2:36 p.m., Dustin James Bush, 32, of Sandy Creek was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Bush is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/1/26.
Following the same incident, David W. Dillabough Jr., 43, of Sandy Creek was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree; 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 5th degree, a class D felony and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nddegree. Mr. Dillabough was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/17/26 at 6:30 p.m., Sean W. Lowe, 37, of Constantia was arrested for Illegal Possession of a Vehicle Identification Number, a class E felony following an incident in the Village of Central Square. Mr. Lowe is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/1/26.
On 6/17/26 at 9:55 p.m., Lewis J. Steinbrecher Jr., 45, of Hastings was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Steinbrecher was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/18/26 at 3:39 a.m., Donna l. Towne, 57, of Palermo was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the City of Fulton. Ms. Towne is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/2/26.
On 6/18/26 at 11:21 a.m., Jessica R. Eastman, 45, of Watertown was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Ms. Eastman was arraigned in Family Court.
On 6/18/26 at 3:39 p.m., Daniel R. Button, 20, of Scriba was arrested for Unlawful Imprisonment, 2nddegree; Criminal Mischief, 4th degree and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Button was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/18/26 at 5:44 p.m., Mark C. Burdick, 35, of Oneida, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the City of Oswego and a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Scriba. Mr. Burdick was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/18/26 at 11:03 p.m., Nicole Marie Flint, 29, of Granby was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia,2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Granby. Ms. Flint is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/2/26.
