On 5/29/25 at 7:59 a.m., Michael P. Morrison, 48, of Granby was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Fulton City Court. Mr. Morrison was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/29/25 at 10:02 p.m., Simon P. Bureau, 36, of Pulaski was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Sandy Creek. Mr. Bureau was also arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Richland. Mr. Bureau was arraigned in CAP Court on the warrant and is scheduled to be arraigned on 6/12/25 for the Criminal Possession charge.
On 5/29/25 at 10:12 p.m., Maria K. Kelly, 32, of Richland was arrested based on two Bench Warrants, One out of the Town of Parish and one out of the Town of Richland. Ms. Kelly was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/31/25 at 3:16 a.m., Jordyn N. Doncaster, 24, of Binghamton, NY was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Volney. Ms. Doncaster is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 6/14/25.
On 6/2/25 at 7:20 a.m., James V. McCombs, 36, of Amboy was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego City Court. Mr. McCombs was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/2/25 at 8:46 a.m., Nicholas Lee McCarty, 28, of New Haven was arrested for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, 5th degree following an incident in the Village of Mexico. Mr. McCarty was also arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Richland. Mr. McCarty was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/2/25 at 10:56 a.m., Darleen S. Chapman, 65, of Mexico was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Mexico Town Court. At the same time, Ms. Chapman was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree; Resisting Arrest; Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4thdegree and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Mexico. Ms. Chapman was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/2/25 at 10:48 p.m., Sarah Elizabeth Lum, 32, of Oswego was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego City Court. Ms. Lum was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/3/25 at 12:00 p.m., Guillermo Lugardo-Valerio, 35, of Port Byron, NY was arrested based on a Fugitive from Justice Warrant out of the State of Kansas. Mr. Lugardo-Valerio was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/3/25 at 7:34 p.m., Charles A. Hutchinson, 41, of Parish was arrested for Resisting Arrest and Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Parish. Mr. Hutchinson was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/4/25 at 9:26 a.m., Carrie L. Martineau, 44, of Baldwinsville, NY was arrested based on two Bench Warrants issued out of the Town of Granby Court. Ms. Martineau was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/4/25 at 11:17 a.m., Joseph D. Butera, 25, of Fulton was arrested for Sex Offender Failure to Verify Address and Sex Offender Failure to Report Change, both class E felonies following an incident in the Village of Sandy Creek. Mr. Butera is scheduled to be arraigned 6/18/25 in CAP Court.
On 6/4/25 at 4:32 p.m., Salvatore R. Licitra, 60, of Pulaski was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Licitra was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/4/25 at 7:55 p.m., Ryan M. Smith, 40, of Clay, NY was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nddegree following an incident in the Village of Phoenix. Mr. Smith was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/4/25 at 9:15 p.m., Robert S. Virgo, 35, of Oswego was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the City of Oswego. Mr. Virgo was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/4/25 at 10:29 p.m., Justin J. Montana, 40, of Watertown, NY was arrested for Sex Offender Failure to Verify, 1st degree and Sex Offender Failure to Report Change, 1st degree, both class E felonies. Mr. Montana was also arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Oswego. Mr. Montana was arraigned in CAP Court.

Gilmore, 21, of Granby was arrested for Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child, 1st degree, a class B felony; Promoting Sexual Performance of a Child, a class D felony; Possessing Sexual Performance by a Child, a class E felony and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Gilmore was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/5/25 at 2:25 p.m., Robert S. Virgo, 35, of Oswego was arrested for Introducing Dangerous Contraband into Prison, 1st degree, a class D felony following an incident in the Oswego County Correctional Facility. Mr. Virgo was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/6/25 at 1:50 a.m., Travis M. Lasell, 36, of Albion was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Parish. Mr. Lasell is scheduled to be arraigned on 6/20/25 in CAP Court.

On 6/7/25 at 2:58 a.m., Andrew M. Lindsley, 20, of Palermo was arrested for Fleeing an Officer in Motor Vehicle, 3rd degree, following an incident in the Town of Volney. Mr. Lindsley is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 6/21/25.
On 6/8/25 at 1:13 a.m., Lashonda L. Rhone, 38, of Phoenix, NY was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree following an incident in the Village of Phoenix. Ms. Rhone is scheduled to be arraigned on 6/22/25 in CAP Court.
On 6/8/25 at 10:04 p.m., Aaron W. LaShomb, 48, of Fulton was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. LaShomb is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 6/22/25.
On 6/9/25 at 10:19 a.m., Shane M. Comerford, 36, of Scriba was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Comerford was arraigned in Family Court.
On 6/9/25 at 8:52 p.m., John W. Donath, 41, of Syracuse was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Donath was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/10/25 at 12:07 p.m., Matthew L. Burnett, 42, of Scriba was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of NYS Parole. Mr. Burnett was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/10/25 at 2:03 p.m., Alexander T. Lescenski, 35, of Williamstown was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish. Mr. Lescenski was also arrested for
Conspiracy, 5th degree and Grand Larceny, 3rd degree, a clad D felony following an incident in the Town of Amboy. Mr. Lescenski was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/10/25 at 4:29 p.m., Kristy Leann Gardner, 26, of Richland was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the City of Oswego and an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Ms. Gardner was turned over to the Oswego City Police Dept for further processing.
On 6/10/25 at 5:00 p.m., Vince R. Losito, 41, of Mexico, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico. Mr. Losito was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/10/25 at 7:35 p.m., Daniel J. Johnson, 24, of West Monroe was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office. Mr. Johnson was turned over to the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office for further processing.
On 6/11/25 at 12:34 a.m., Arsoun J. King, 46, of Oswego was arrested for Reckless Endangerment, 1stdegree, a class D felony and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. King was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/11/25 at 7:58 a.m., Charles E. James, 53, of Oswego was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nddegree following an incident in the Town of Oswego. Mr. James was arraigned in CAP Court.
Stemming from the same incident, Juanita E. James, 60, of Oswego was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree. Ms. James was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 6/12/25 at 11:40 a.m., Jennifer A. Potter, 50, of Scriba was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. At the same time, Ms. Potter was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the City of Fulton. Ms. Potter was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 6/17/25 at 1:16 p.m., Ciara K. Sherman, 36, of Syracuse was arrested based on an Arrest Warran issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Ms. Sherman was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/17/25 at 7:37 p.m., Naimah JM Ruffin, 19, of Syracuse was arrested for Assault, 3rd degree following an incident in the Village of Mexico. Ms. Ruffin was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/17/25 at 9:37 p.m., Joseph M. Raymond, 34, of Mexico was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree following an incident in the Village of Mexico. Mr. Raymond was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/18/25 at 5:37 a.m., Martin A. Banack, 37, of Fulton was arrested for Criminal Trespass, 2nddegree; Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree and Tampering with Evidence, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Mexico. Mr. Banack is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/2/25.
On 6/18/25 at 10:57 a.m., Devlin K. White, 29, of Taberg, NY was arrested based on a Fugitive from Justice Warrant out of Broward County, Florida. Mr. White was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/18/25 at 1:51 p.m., Brandon R. Ouderkirk, 40, of Palermo was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree, a class B felony and 2 counts of Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Ouderkirk was scheduled to be arraigned in Oswego County Court on 6/19/25
At the same time, Mr. Ouderkirk was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Clay Town Court.
On 6/19/25 at 2:54 p.m., Joseph W. Blair, 19, of Scriba was arrested for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Blair was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/19/25 at 3:24 p.m., Aaron James Corrice, 25, of Oswego was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant and a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego City Court. Mr. Corrice was turned over to the Oswego City Police Dept. for further processing.
On 6/19/25 at 5:31 p.m., Daniel Craig Syrell, 30, of New Haven was arrested for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Unlawful Imprisonment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of New Haven. Mr. Syrell was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/20/25 at 7:41 a.m., Arleigh M. Hager, 55, of Scriba was arrested for Forcible Touching following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Hager was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/20/25 at 12:14 p.m., Cody P. Farley, 19, of Fulton was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Farley is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/4/25.
