On 6/19/26 at 8:03 p.m., Cassandra L. Lavalley, 37, of Hannibal was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Ms. Lavalley was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/20/26 at 12:22 a.m., Jaden J. Clifton, 18, of West Monroe was arrested for 3 counts of Menacing, 2nd degree; Aggravated Harassment, 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Parish. Mr. Clifton is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/4/26.
On 6/20/26 at 4:29 p.m., Jennifer L. Skutt, 39, of Mexico, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Village of Mexico. Ms. Skutt is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/4/26.
On 6/20/26 at 7:37 p.m., Lonnie T. Newson, 54, and Andrea M. Tryon, 42, both of Lacona, were arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree, with Andrea being arrested on 2 counts, following an incident in the Village of Sandy Creek. Mr. Newson and Ms. Tryon are scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/4/26.
On 6/20/26 at 10:46 p.m., Whitmon R. Chilson, 46, of Pennellville was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Chilson was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/21/26 at 11:19 p.m., Joseph K. Howard, 29, of Hastings was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish. Mr. Howard was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/22/26 at 12:32 a.m., Michael A. Marsala, 28, of Lysander, NY was arrested for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing following an incident in the Village of Phoenix. Mr. Marsala was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/22/26 at 2:12 p.m., Jaden Daniel Owens, 20, of Granby was arrested for Menacing, 3rd degree and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Owens was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/22/26 at 2:58 p.m., Jesse R. Russell, 36, of Constantia was arrested for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing; Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Constantia. Mr. Russell was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/22/26 at 8:22 p.m., Jerry D. Curcie Jr., 50, of West Monroe was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Curcie was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/23/26 at 8:41 a.m., Macey Marie Gillis, 46, of Fulton was arrested for 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Village of Parish. Ms. Gillis is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/7/26.
On 6/23/26 at 9:51 a.m., Desirae A. Abraham, 32, of Phoenix, NY was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree following an incident in the Village of Phoenix. Ms. Abraham is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/7/26.
On 6/23/26 at 2:40 p.m., Micah A. Beaty, 23; Scott K. Ellis, 25; and Jared M. Miller, 28; all of Hannibal, were arrested for Conspiracy, 6th degree, Menacing, 3rd degree and Unlawful Imprisonment, 2nd degree following an incident that occurred in the Town of Hannibal. All three individuals are scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/7/26.
On 6/23/26 at 3:32 p.m., Dante A. LaForest, 20, of New Haven was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of NYSP Hastings. Mr. LaForest was arraigned in CAP Court.
