On 6/20/25 at 6:20 p.m., Allyson Rose Gardner, 21, of Mexico was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree following an incident in Mexico. Ms. Gardner was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/20/25 at11:56 p.m., Dacoda J. Fox, 33, of Clay, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of West Monroe. Ms. Fox is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/4/25.
On 6/21/25 at 8:53 a.m., Jamie L. Alexander, 36, of Palermo was arrested based on three Bench Warrants, two out of the Town of West Monroe and one out of the Town of Palermo. Ms. Alexander was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/22/25 at 3:55 a.m., Robert J. Donnelly, 43, of Massena, NY, was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Village of Central Square. Mr. Donnelly was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/22/25 at 6:42 a.m., Patricia K. Okun, 54, of Phoenix, NY was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Village of Phoenix. Ms. Okun is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/6/25.
On 6/22/25 at 2:01 p.m., Jermia P. Gonzalez, 30, of Oswego was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 3rd degree, a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Albion. Mr. Gonzalez was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 6/22/25 at 10:41 p.m., Matthew E. Walter, 54, of Palermo was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree and Making a Terroristic Threat, a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Palermo. Mr. Walter was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 6/24/25 at 4:30 p.m., Logan T. Birmingham, 21, of Albion was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree; 2 counts of Criminal Contempt, 1st degree; Endangering the Welfare of a Child; Menacing, 2nd degree; Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and 2 counts of Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Albion. Mr. Birmingham was arraigned in CAP Court.
