On 5/29/26 at 7:56 p.m., Shawn M. Totman-Mills, 25, of Hannibal was arrested for Menacing, 2nddegree; Menacing, 3rd degree; Criminal Mischief, 4th degree; 3 counts of Criminal Tampering, 3rddegree; Resisting Arrest and 3 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Totman-Mills was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/30/26 at 7:00 p.m., Mason Adair Cook, 29, of Constantia was arrested for Menacing, 3rd degree; 2 counts of Criminal Contempt,2nd degree; and 2 counts of Harassment. 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Constantia. Mr. Cook was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/30/26 at 9:49 p.m., Daniel J. Thamarus, 35, of New Haven was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Palermo. Mr. Thamarus was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/31/26 at 8:39 a.m., Mitchell J. Benn, 34, of Hastings was arrested for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and 2 counts of Criminal Mischief, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Benn was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/31/26 at 1:24 p.m., Ismael Monzon, 56, of Scriba was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Scriba. Mr. Monzon was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/31/26 at 8:22 p.m., Joseph Paul Switzer, 27, of Schroeppel was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Palermo. Mr. Switzer was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/1/26 at 6:38 a.m., Bridget P. Monzel, 43, of Sandy Creek was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 4th degree, a class C felony and a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Richland. Ms. Monzel was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/1/26 at 9:56 a.m., Felix Esquilin Hernandez, 60, of Scriba was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Hernandez was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/1/26 at 12:42 p.m., David M. Ritter, 37, of Volney was arrested for Menacing, 3rd degree; Reckless Endangerment, 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Village of Parish. Mr. Ritter was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/1/26 at 2:37 p.m., Ryan B. Durgan, 31, of Williamstown was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Williamstown. Mr. Durgan is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 6/15/26.
On 6/1/26 at 9:05 p.m., Bre-Anna M. Thompson, 24, of Constantia was arrested for Criminal Tampering, 3rd degree, following an incident in the Town of Constantia. Ms. Thompson is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 6/15/26.
On 6/2/26 at 10:04 a.m., Travis Beryl Parker, 43, of Amboy was arrested for 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Palermo. Mr. Parker is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 6/16/26.
On 6/2/26 at 11:23 a.m., Brandon John Leo Whipple, 32, of Hastings was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Whipple was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/2/26 at 4:06 p.m., Nicholas Adam Totman, 23, of Hannibal was arrested for 3 counts of Menacing, 2nd degree; Resisting Arrest; and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 3rd degree, a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Totman was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/2/26 at 4:53 p.m., James E. Bristol II, 31, of Richland was arrested for Petit Larceny and Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Richland. Mr. Bristol was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/3/26 at 10:29 a.m., Shirley A. Moncrief, 40, of West Monroe was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree; Resisting Arrest and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of West Monroe. Ms. Moncrief is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 6/17/26.
At the same time, Ms. Moncrief was arrested for 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Ms. Moncrief is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 6/17/26.
On 6/3/26 at 1:13 p.m., Tristan Douglas Haskins, 22, of Fulton was arrested for 2 counts of Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Haskins is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 6/17/26.
On 6/3/26 at 3:53 p.m., Konner J. Robinson, 20, of Sandy Creek was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Robinson is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 6/17/26.
On 6/3/26 at 4:08 p.m., Edward B. Merriam, 61, of Hannibal and Randy A. Schouten, 43, of Oswego were arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Merriam and Mr. Schouten are scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 6/17/26.
At the same time, Mr. Schouten was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of New York State Parole. He was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/3/26 at 6:19 p.m., Konner J. Robinson, 20, of Sandy Creek was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office. Mr. Robinson was turned over to the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office for further processing.
On 6/3/26 at 7:12 p.m., Travis M. Lasell, 37, of Albion was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish. Mr. Lasell was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/4/26 at 3:18 p.m., Joseph R. Elacqua, 29, of Scriba was arrested for 5 counts of Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Elacqua was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/5/26 at 11:17 a.m., Frank J. Powless, 40, of Hastings was arrested for Level 3 Sex Offender, Failure to Register, a class E felony and 2 counts of Sex Offender Failure to Report Change, a Class E felony based out of Correction Law. Mr. Powless is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 6/19/26.
