On 5/24/24 at 7:28 p.m., Thomas M. Chesbro, 27, of Baldwinsville, NY was arrested for Criminal Tampering, 3rd degree, a class B misdemeanor; Petit Larceny; Robbery, 3rd degree, a class D felony and Resisting Arrest following an incident in the Village of Phoenix. Mr. Chesbro was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/25/24 at 4:06 p.m., Marcus J. Conner, 30, of Syracuse was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Conner is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 6/8/24.
On 5/26/24 at 9:09 a.m., Marcia Kay Lafave, 66, of Schroeppel was arrested for Public Lewdness following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Ms. Lafave was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/26/24 at 1:49 p.m., Joseph W. Vaughn, 49, of Oswego was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Vaughn is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 6/9/24.

On 5/27/24 at 4:18 a.m., Saren Haley Laure, 24, of Fulton was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Fulton City Court and a Bench Warrant issued out of the City of Fulton. Ms. Laure was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/27/24 at 8:04 a.m., Cody M. Thompson, 33, of Fulton was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Thompson was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/27/24 at 3:00 p.m., Mickey J. Lane, 66, of Mexico was arrested for Overdriving, Torturing, and Injuring Animals following an incident in the Town of Richland. Mr. Lane is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 6/10/24.

On 6/3/24 at 10:00 a.m., Ryan T. Joyner, 43, of Sandy Creek was arrested for Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child, a class E felony following the investigation into an incident that occurred in the Town of Sandy Creek. Mr. Joyner is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 6/17/24.

Fowler, 29, of Ellisburg, NY was arrested for Unlawful Purchase of Body Armor; Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and Fleeing an Officer in Motor Vehicle along with multiple V&T violations following an incident in the Town of Sandy Creek. Mr. Fowler is scheduled to be arraigned on 6/17/24 in CAP Court.
On 6/3/24 at 5:28 p.m., Steven R. Marrone, 41, and Christine E. Johnson, 44, both of Constantia were arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree; Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Palermo. Mr. Marrone and Ms. Johnson were arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/4/24 at 12:00 a.m., Mary J. Broadwell, 89, of Scriba was arrested for Criminal Trespass, 2nddegree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Ms. Broadwell is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 6/18/24.
On 6/4/24 at 12:30 p.m., Jamie L. Alexander, 35, of Central Square was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Village of Central Square. Ms. Alexander was turned over to the Central Square Police Dept. for further processing.
At the same time, Benjamin J. Crouch, 35, of West Monroe was arrested based on two Bench Warrants with one issued out of the Town of Hastings and one out of the Village of Central Square. He was also arrested on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Village of Central Square and an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Village of Solvay. Mr. Crouch was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/4/24 at 12:40 p.m., Salvatore F. Lanza, 66, of Fulton was arrested for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing; Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree and Criminal Contempt, 2nddegree following an incident in the Town of Palermo. Mr. Lanza is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 6/18/24.
On 6/4/24 at 1:21 p.m., Santania I. Totman, 19, of Hannibal was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Ms. Totman is scheduled to be arraigned on 6/18/24 in CAP Court.
On 6/4/24 at 3:07 p.m., Nathaniel J. Flynn, 33, of Unknown address was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Flynn was also arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the City of Fulton and two Arrest Warrants, one out of NYSP Wolcott and one out of Oswego County Probation. Mr. Flynn was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 6/6/24 at 2:24 a.m., Seth Daniel Bourlier, 22, of Fulton was arrested for Grand Larceny, 3rd degree, a class D felony; Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, 3rd degree, a class D; Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree and Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle following an incident in the City of Fulton. Mr. Bourlier was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/6/24 at 10:32 a.m., Thomas E. Hibbert, 64, of Oswego was arrested for Falsely Reporting an Incident following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Hibbert is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 6/20/24.
