On 2/24/24 at 8:07 a.m., Cody Joseph Vincent, 22, of Hannibal was arrested for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Oswego. Mr. Vincent was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/24/24 at 10:41 a.m., Mark J. Butler, 39, of Mexico and Gregory J. Taylor, 35, of Lacona were arrested for Criminal Trespass, 3rd degree, a class B misdemeanor and Criminal Mischief, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Sandy Creek. Mr. Butler and Mr. Gregory are scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 3/9/24.

On 2/26/24 at 3:31 Mark J. Hewitt, 53, of Oswego was arrested for Conspiracy, 5th degree; Menacing, 2nd degree; Burglary, 1st degree, a class B felony; Criminal Mischief, 4th degree; Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree following an incident that occurred in the Town of Hannibal in December 2023. Mr. Hewitt was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/26/24 at 3:53 p.m., Bobbi Lea Skinner, 33, of Massena, NY was arrested for Reckless Endangerment, 2nd degree; Unauthorized Use of Vehicle, 3rd degree; 2 counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, 4th degree, a class E felony; Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, 3rd degree, a class D felony; 3 counts of False Personation, a class B misdemeanor following an incident in the Town of Granby. Ms. Skinner was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 2/29/24 at 2:15 p.m., Katie M. Fountaine, 30, and Brandon S. Merritt, 35, both of Mexico were arrested for Overdriving, Torturing, and Injuring Animals; Failure to Provide Sustenance following an incident in the Town of Mexico. Ms. Fountaine and Mr. Merritt are scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 3/14/24.
