On 3/6/26 at 2:51 p.m., Jesse D. Mykietyn, 40, of Mexico was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nddegree following an incident in the Town of Mexico. Mr. Mykietyn was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/6/26 at 4:06 p.m., Nicole D. Guyer, 55, and Donald T. Weir Jr., 55, both of Hastings were arrested for Conspiracy, 6th degree and Petit Larceny following an incident in the Village of Central Square. Ms. Guyer and Mr. Weir are scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 3/20/26.
On 3/8/26 at 12:17 a.m., Crystal L. Cottrell, 42, of Sandy Creek was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Amboy. Ms. Cottrell was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/8/26 at 12:38 a.m., Alexander M. Beeles, 32, of Sandy Creek was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree and Resisting Arrest following an incident in the Town of Minetto. Mr. Beeles is scheduled to be arraigned in Oswego City Court on 4/2/26.
On 3/8/26 at 5:42 p.m., Alexander C. Loomis, 27, of Palermo was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico. Mr. Loomis was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/9/26 at 8:40 a.m., Anfernee D. Rucker, 31, of Syracuse, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Mr. Rucker was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/9/26 at 9:29 a.m., Charles F. Davis, 45, of Parish was arrested for 2 counts of Criminal Contempt, 1st degree, a class E felony and Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Constantia. Mr. Davis was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/9/26 at 12:30 p.m., Meagan M. Seamans, 38, of Volney was arrested for Overdriving, Torturing, and Injuring Animals; Failure to Provide Proper Sustenance based on Agriculture and Markets Law following an incident that occurred in the Town of Parish. Ms. Seamans is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 3/23/26.
On 3/9/26 at 3:00 p.m., Robert T. Watkins, 63, of Schroeppel was arrested for 2 counts of Sex Abuse, 1st degree, a class D felony following incidents in the Town of Volney. Mr. Watkins was arraigned in CAP Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $50,000 cash/$100,000 bond with a return to Town of Volney Court on 3/16/26.
On 3/9/26 at 5:27 p.m., Daniel L. Green, 26, of Syracuse, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico. Mr. Green was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/9/26 at 9:41 p.m., Justin T. Seamans, 35, of Albion was arrested for 2 counts of Overdriving, Torturing, and Injuring Animals; Failure to Provide Proper Sustenance based on Agriculture and Markets Law following two incidents, one that reportedly occurred in the Town of Mexico and one in the Town of Parish. Mr. Seamans is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 3/23/26.
At the same time, Mr. Seamans was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Albion. Mr. Seamans was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/10/26 at 12:21 p.m., Adrianna M. Shlotzhauer, 26, of Hastings was arrested for Criminal Contempt,2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Ms. Shlotzhauer was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/10/26 at 7:15 p.m., Joshua A. Bolster,38, of Richland was arrested for Assault, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of Richland. Mr. Bolster is scheduled to appear in CAP Court on 3/24/26.
On 3/11/26 at 7:06 a.m., Joshua S. Lowe, 36, of Constantia was arrested for Menacing, 1st degree, a class E felony; Menacing, 2nd degree; Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Constantia. Mr. Lowe was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/11/26 at 3:49 p.m., Richard H. West Sr., 61, of Palermo was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. West was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/12/26 at 3:33 a.m., Eric L. Sereno, 49, of Oswego was arrested for Menacing, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Sereno was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/12/26 at 8:59 a.m., Tina M. Cupoli, 45, of Schroeppel was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nddegree following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Ms. Cupoli was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/12/26 at 8:29 p.m., Nicholas Kostoroski, 36, of Palermo was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Palermo. Mr. Kostoroski was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/13/26 at 1:56 a.m., Tracey M. Currier, 41, of Volney was arrested for Resisting Arrest and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Granby. Ms. Currier is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 3/27/26.
