On 3/7/25 at 6:51 p.m., Dakota James Gardner, 23, of Williamstown was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Richland. Mr. Gardner was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/7/25 at 10:28 p.m., Travis N. Titland, 38, of Richland was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nddegree following an incident in the Town of Richland. Mr. Titland was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/8/25 at 7:11 a.m., Brad A. Whitford, 42, of Scriba was arrested for Menacing, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Whitford was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/9/25 at 12:48 a.m., Charles R. Bennett, 32, of Sterling, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego City Court. Mr. Bennett was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/9/25 at 8:25 a.m., Peter D. Procopio, 62, of Hastings was arrested for Criminal Tampering, 3rddegree and 2 counts of Unlawful Imprisonment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Procopio was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/9/25 at 12:51 p.m., Malik D. Flemming, 29, of West Monroe was arrested based on a Felony Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Mr. Flemming was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/9/25 at 9:56 p.m., Jason A. Irvine, 47, of Syracuse was arrested for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, 3rd degree, a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Irvine was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/10/25 at 12:02 p.m., Desiree M. Birmingham, 31, of Albion was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Albion. Ms. Birmingham was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/10/25 at 10:35 p.m., Jaylee ND Shatraw, 41, of Palermo was arrested for Fleeing an Officer in MV, 3rd degree along with multiple V&T violations following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Shatraw was arraigned in CAP Court.
At the same time, Mr. Shatraw was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree and Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Palermo. Mr. Shatraw was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/11/25 at 8:32 p.m., Michael E. Jones, 27, of Exmore, VA was arrested based on a Fugitive from Justice Warrant issued out of North Hampton County in Viginia. Mr. Jones was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/12/25 at 3:26 a.m., Timothy E. Bartlett, 43, of Albemarle, NC was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Bartlett was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/12/25 at 10:09 a.m., Bridget P. Monzel, 42, of Lacona was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Richland. Ms. Monzel is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 3/26/25.
On 3/12/25 at 1:18 p.m., Jessica Ann Boyle, 31, of Volney was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Palermo. Ms. Boyle was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/13/25 at 8:23 a.m., Brandon D. Schill, 24, of Oswego was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego City Court. Mr. Schill was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/13/25 at 10:08 a.m., Alison M. Isgar, 62, of Mexico was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Village of Mexico. Ms. Isgar is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 3/27/25.
On 3/13/25 at 10:52 a.m., Jeremy W. Collins, 41, of Fulton was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Granby. Mr. Collins was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 3/14/25 at 9:52 a.m., Shannon L. Provost, 48, of Phoenix, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Phoenix. Ms. Provost was arraigned in CAP Court.
