On 3/14/25 at 11:01 p.m., Timothy S. Kilts, 62, of Mexico was arrested for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Mason C. McDonald, 28, of Mexico was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Mexico. Mr. Kilts and Mr. McDonald were arraigned in CAP Court.

Naramore, 37, of Scriba was arrested for 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Scriba. On 3/20/25 at 12:54 p.m., Nathaniel D. Stock, 48, of Oswego was arrested based on a Felony Bench Warrant out of Oswego County; a Bench Warrant out of the Town of Richland; and an Arrest Warrant issued out of the City of Fulton. Mr. Stock was arraigned in CAP Court and remanded to the OCJ.
