On 2/28/26 at 3:02 a.m., Devin A. Giammella, 27, of Amboy was arrested for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, 5th degree; and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Palermo. Mr. Giammella is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 3/14/26.
On 2/28/26 at 2:02 p.m., Just D. Hanning-Franklin, 36, of Richland was arrested for 3 counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree following an incident in the Village of Mexico. Mr. Hanning-Franklin is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 3/14/26.
On 2/28/26 at 4:14 p.m., Kyle A. Erb, 33, of Hannibal was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Erb was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/1/26 at 6:37 a.m., James V. McCombs, 36, of Amboy was arrested based on two Bench Warrants, one out of the Village of Central Square and one out of the Town of Scriba. Mr. McCombs was also arrested for Resisting Arrest following an incident in the Town of Amboy. Mr. McCombs was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/1/26 at 2:53 p.m., Robert J. Sands, 25, of Williamstown, NY was arrested for Stalking, 4thdegree; Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree and Aggravated Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Sands was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/1/26 at 10:59 p.m., Thomas J. Mutter Jr., 31, of Hastings was arrested for Menacing, 3rd degree; Criminal Mischief, 4th degree and Resisting Arrest following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Mutter was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/3/26 at 11:26 a.m., Andrew A. Smiley, 60, of Phoenix, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Phoenix. Mr. Smiley was arraigned in CAP Court.
Resulting from the same incident, Mr. Smiley was arrested for 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree. Mr. Smiley is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 3/17/26.
On 3/3/26 at 8:42 p.m., Cassidiy M. Hungerford, 25, of Oneida, NY was arrested for Vehicular Assault, 2nd degree, a class E felony; Reckless Endangerment, 1st degree, a class D felony; Criminal Mischief, 4th degree and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, 1st degree, a class D felony stemming from an incident that reportedly occurred in the Town of New Haven on 9/11/25. Ms. Hungerford was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/4/26 at 12:56 p.m., Andrew F. Mallette, 34, of Calcium, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Jefferson County. Mr. Mallette was transported to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office for further processing.
On 3/4/26 at 2:56 p.m., Timothy J. Loper, 38, of Cortland, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Granby. Mr. Loper was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/4/26 at 11:06 p.m., Travis M. Lasell, 37, of Albion was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish. Mr. Lasell was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/5/26 at 7:05 a.m., Jonathan M. Davies, 43, of Granby was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego City Court. Mr. Davies was turned over to the City of Oswego Police Dept. for further processing.
On 3/5/26 at 10:38 a.m., Cody Kevin Thomas, 33, of Boylston, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Sandy Creek. Mr. Thomas is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 3/19/26.
Following the same incident, Michelle E. Thomas, 25, also of Boylston, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree. Ms. Thomas is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 3/19/26.
On 3/5/26 at 2:52 p.m., Anthony M. Auringer, 31, of West Monroe was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Auringer was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/5/26 at 11:55 p.m., Michael P. Smith, 21, of New Haven was arrested for Reckless Endangerment, 2nd degree; Criminal Mischief, 4th degree and Fleeing an Officer in a Motor Vehicle, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of New Haven. Mr. Smith was arraigned in CAP Court.
Mr. Smith was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree stemming from a separate incident that reportedly occurred in the Town of Palermo. Mr. Smith was arraigned in CAP Court on the charge.
