On 4/25/25 at 12:47 p.m., Alexander T. Lescenski, 35, of Williamstown was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish. Mr. Lescenski was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/25/25 at 12:57 p.m., Kristy Leann Gardner, 26, of Richland was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish and a Bench Warrant issued out of the NYSP Pulaski. Ms. Gardner was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/25/25 at 1:41 p.m., Timothy M. Davis, 45, of Redfield was arrested for Tampering with Physical Evidence, a class E felony; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Sandy Creek. Mr. Davis is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/9/25.
On 4/25/25 at 9:29 p.m., Charlene E. Delaney, 34, of Fulton was arrested for Conspiracy, 6th degree and Tyko J. Delaney, 39, of Fulton was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree following an incident in the Village of Central Square. Ms. Delaney and Mr. Delaney were arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/25/25 at 10:05 p.m., Amanda K. Jones, 35, of Fulton was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Fulton City Court. Ms. Jones was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/26/25 at 7:38 a.m., Gregory J. Taylor, 36, of Lacona was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 3rddegree, a class E felony; 2 counts of Criminal Trespass, 3rd degree and Criminal Mischief, 4th degree following 3 separate incidents that occurred in the Town of Sandy Creek and the Town of Orwell. Mr. Taylor is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/10/25.
On 4/26/25 at 10:09 a.m., Rosemarie Ann Rotach, 41, of Lacona was arrested for Criminal Trespass, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of Orwell. Ms. Rotach is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/10/25.
On 4/27/25 at 2:58 a.m., Bobbi Lea Skinner, 35, of Scriba was arrested for Grand Larceny, 3rd degree a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Volney. Ms. Skinner was arraigned in CAP Court.
At the same time, Ms. Skinner was arrested for Grand Larceny, 4th degree, a class E felony and Grand Larceny, 3rd degree, a class D felony following an incident that occurred in the Town of Schroeppel. Ms. Skinner was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/28/25 at 1:45 p.m., Christopher M. Fullmer, 45, of Syracuse was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Albion. Mr. Fullmer is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/12/25.
On 4/28/25 at 3:05 p.m., Racheal L. Degroff, 53, of Oswego was arrested for Identity Theft, 2nddegree, a class E felony; Forgery, 2nd degree, a class D felony and Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Oswego. Ms. Degroff was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/28/25 at 4:19 p.m., Ralph E. Bartlett, 57, of Fulton was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree and Reckless Endangerment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Volney. Mr. Bartlett was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/28/25 at 7:19 p.m., Casey Anne Preston, 33, of Central Square was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Palermo. Ms. Preston was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/29/25 at 3:03 a.m., Melody A. Tallini, 28, of Palermo was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Ms. Tallini was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/29/25 at 12:29 p.m., Andrew L. Gaurin, 35, of Oswego was arrested based on a Bench Warrant and an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Richland. Mr. Gaurin was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/29/25 at 9:34 p.m., Alesha M. Hunt, 31, of Hastings was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oneida County. Ms. Hunt was turned over to the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office for further processing.
On 4/30/25 at 4:32 p.m., Kyle A. Rossi, 32, of Scriba was arrested for Unlawful Imprisonment, 2nddegree; Criminal Mischief, 4th degree and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Rossi was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/30/25 at 9:54 p.m., David A. Hill, 54, of Fulton was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego City Court. Mr. Hill was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/1/25 at 7:09 a.m., Chad M. Leroy, 36, of Oswego was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Fulton City Court. Mr. Leroy was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/1/25 at 3:46 p.m., Jessica A. Morin, 45, of Hastings was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Hastings and an Arrest Warrant issued out of the NYSP. Ms. Morin was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/1/25 at 5:24 p.m., Arthur M. Miles, 67, of Central Square was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Central Square. Mr. Miles was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/2/25 at 12:37 a.m., Warren D. Swanson, 28, of Palermo was arrested for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, 4th degree, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Palermo. Mr. Swanson is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/16/25.
On 5/2/25 at 1:24 a.m., Anthony M. Auringer, 30, of Schroeppel was arrested for Grand Larceny, 4thdegree, a class E felony and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Auringer is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/16/25.
On 5/2/25 at 7:41 a.m., Julie M. Egleston, 67, of Amboy was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish. Ms. Egleston was arraigned in Fulton City Court.
