Oswego County Sheriff’s Office News — October 23, 2026

OSWEGO COUNTY — The Oswego County Sheriff’s Office released the following report on October 23, 2026.

On 10/16/26 at 8:50 p.m., Jazzmen C. Davis, 26, of Redfield was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Redfield. Ms. Davis was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 10/16/26 at 10:56 p.m., Dante A. Lawrence, 27, of Oswego was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Scriba. Mr. Lawrence was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 10/17/26 at 12:18 a.m., Cameron J. Hood, 25, of Brewerton and Cameron L. Adams, 31, of West Monroe were arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Hood and Mr. Adams are scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/31/26.

On 10/18/26 9:45 a.m., Mark E. Rogers, 65, of West Monroe was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico. Mr. Rogers was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 10/18/26 at 1:47 p.m., Colby Lee Adams, 25, of Hannibal was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Granby. Mr. Adams was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 10/18/26 at 11:20 p.m., Frederick T. Bush, 46, of Hastings was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the City of Syracuse. Mr. Bush was turned over to the City of Syracuse Police Dept. for further processing.

On 10/19/26 at 12:36 a.m., Alix Alonzo Perez, 31, of Oswego was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Granby. Mr. Perez was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 10/19/26 at 11:17 a.m., Sunshine A. Stoutenger, 46, of Fulton was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico. Ms. Stoutenger was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 10/19/26 at 4:10 p.m., Brennen M. Thomson, 41, of Syracuse was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Thomson was arraigned in Family Court.

On 10/19/26 at 6:29 p.m., Derrick Frank Ford, 61, of Richland was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Village of Pulaski. Mr. Ford is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 11/2/26.

On 10/20/26 at 12:30 p.m., Latoya Marie Sanford, 20, of Syracuse was arrested for Falsifying Business Records, 1st degree, a class E felony and Criminal Impersonation, 2nd degree following an incident in the City of Oswego. Ms. Sanford is scheduled to be arraigned in the City of Oswego Court on 11/12/26.

On 10/21/26 at 7:56 a.m., Arianna L. Ostrander, 23, of Minetto was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Minetto. Ms. Ostrander is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 11/4/26.

On 10/22/26 at 2:00 p.m., Cathleen M. Smith, 71; Bruce O. Smith, 71; and Michelle E. Smith-Spencer, 46, all of Parish were arrested for 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Parish. All three individuals are scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 11/5/26.

On 10/22/26 at 12:19 a.m., Kristina N. LaGray, 45, of Oswego was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Scriba. Ms. LaGray was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 10/22/26 at 3:05 p.m., Zachary Ryan James, 36, of Volney was arrested for Burglary, 3rd degree, a class D felony and Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. James was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 10/23/26 at 10:12 a.m., Travis E. Kemp, 36, of Oswego was arrested for Aggravated Harassment, 2nd degree; Criminal Mischief, 4th degree; Abandonment of Animals; and Overdriving, Torturing, and injuring Animals, failure to provide proper sustenance following an incident in the Town of Oswego. Mr. Kemp is scheduled to be arraigned on 11/6/26 in CAP Court.

Charges are allegations, and defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
