On 11/8/24 at 3:06 p.m., Dale K. Butler Jr., 43, of Oswego was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree; Burglary, 2nd degree, a class C felony; Petit Larceny; Unauthorized Use of MV; and Criminal Trespass, 2nd degree following 3 separate incidents that reportedly occurred in the City of Oswego and Town of Scriba. Mr. Butler was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/11/24 at 9:57 a.m., Kurt C. Decker, 31, of Oswego was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. At the same time, Mr. Decker was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree and Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony following an incident in the City of Oswego. Mr. Decker was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/11/24 at 4:17 p.m., Gabrielle D. Decker, 28, of Schroeppel was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the City of Oswego. Ms. Decker is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 12/5/24.
On 11/12/24 at 10:15 a.m., Thomas J. White, 21, of Akwesasne, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of Cannabis, 1st degree, a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Parish. Mr. White was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/12/24 at 12:55 p.m., Amber A. Szlamczynski, 27, of Albion was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Granby. Ms. Szlamczynski was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/12/24 at 2:41 p.m., Cody Everett McLean, 27, of Oswego was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Fulton City Court. Mr. McLean was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/12/24 at 4:35 p.m., Jennifer C. Brown, 31, of Oswego was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Volney. Ms. Brown was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/13/24 at 4:15 p.m., Federick Eckert, 36, of Hastings was arrested for 3 counts of Rape, 3rd degree, class E felony and Criminal Sex Act, 3rd degree, a class E felony following incidents that reportedly occurred in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Eckert was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/13/24 at 2:32 p.m., Jamie L. Casey, 37, of Schroeppel was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Casey was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/14/24 at 3:21 a.m., Desiree M. Birmingham, 30, of Albion was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court and a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Albion. Ms. Birmingham was arraigned in CAP Court.
