On 11/14/25 at 4:14 p.m., Ryan S. Arrastia, 27, of Minetto was arrested for Assault, 3rd degree; Menacing, 3rd degree; Criminal Mischief, 3rd degree, a class E felony and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Minetto. Mr. Arrastia was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/14/25 at 9:26 p.m., Christopher M. Buckingham, 30, of Hastings was arrested for Aggravated Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Parish. Mr. Buckingham was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/15/25 at 8:36 p.m., Jennifer A. Davies, 44, of Oswego was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Ms. Davies was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/17/25 at 8:23 a.m., Tia M. McConnell, 43, of Phoenix was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Phoenix. Ms. McConnell was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/18/25 at 10:30 a.m., Michael A. Horne, 28, of Granby was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the City of Fulton. Mr. Horne is scheduled to be arraigned in Fulton City Court on 12/4/25.
On 11/18/25 at 2:30 p.m., Carrie FL Dalton, 45, of Orwell was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Central Square and an Arrest Warrant issued out of the City of Oswego. Ms. Dalton was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/19/25 at 8:31 p.m., Lovell W. Doane, 52, of West Monroe was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Central Square. Ms. Doane was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/20/25 at 10:12 p.m., Howard C. Seabrook Jr., 31, of Volney was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree and Resisting Arrest following an incident in the Town of Volney. Mr. Seabrook was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/21/25 at 11:22 a.m., Gerald E. Ellis Sr., 66, of Sandy Creek was arrested based on Correction Law, Sex Offender Registration Act, Duty to Register and Verify, a class E felony following an incident in the Village of Central Square. Mr. Ellis is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 12/5/25.
On 11/21/25 at 12:35 p.m., Justin C. Parker, 40, of Central Square was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Parker was arraigned in Family Court.
