On 11/22/24 at 3:41 p.m., Alex M. Kenyon, 18, of Hastings was arrested for Criminal Trespass, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Kenyon is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 12/6/24.
On 11/23/24 at 9:07 a.m., Beth L. Nolan, 37, of Cato, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego City Court. Ms. Nolan was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/23/24 at 11:01 p.m., Tyler John Maitland, 30, of Richland was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree, Fleeing an Officer in Motor Vehicle, 3rd degree along with multiple V&T violations following an incident in the Town of Albion. Mr. Maitland is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 12/8/24.
On 11/24/24 at 8:05 a.m., Lelia Maude Russell, 36, of Pulaski was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Oswego County Probation Dept. Ms. Russell was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/24/24 at 6:52 p.m., Mykaylah Anne Bean, 23, of Oswego was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 1st degree, a class E felony and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Oswego. Ms. Bean was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/25/24 at 8:45 a.m., Joshua S. Lowe, 34, of Constantia was arrested for Assault, 2nd degree, a class D felony; Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony and Menacing, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Constantia. Mr. Lowe was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/25/24 at 1:37 p.m., Michael J. Norton, 30, of Central Square was arrested for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, 5th degree following an incident in the Town of Sandy Creek. Mr. Norton is scheduled to be arraigned on 12/9/24 in CAP Court. Mr. Norton was also arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Mr. Norton was arraigned in CAP Court on the warrant.
On 11/25/24 at 4:45 p.m., Aiden N. Heller, 21, of New Haven was arrested for 3 counts of Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child, a class D felony following an incident in the Town of New Haven. Mr. Heller was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/25/24 at 9:59 p.m., Irving Soto Jr., 34, of Fulton was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Soto was arraigned in Family Court.
On 11/26/24 at 8:03 a.m., Nolan S. Thompson, 44, of Akwesasne, NY was arrested for NYS Law 1814.C2 (Possessing/Transporting 30,000 unstamped cigarettes), a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Richland. Mr. Thompson was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/26/24 at 6:19 p.m., Alexander C. Loomis, 26, of Fulton was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Loomis was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/27/24 at 8:07 a.m., Gary John Sechak, 62, of Mexico, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Palermo. Mr. Sechak was arraigned in CAP Court.
