On 10/31/25 at 9:58 a.m., Jimmy J. Dygert, 38, of Hannibal and Paula E. Walker, 60, of Hannibal were arrested for Overdriving, torturing, and injuring animals; failure to provide proper sustenance following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Stemming from the same incident, Charles Thomas Clew, 73, of Albion and Christine A. Clew, 38, of Hannibal were also arrested for Overdriving, torturing, and injuring animals; failure to provide proper sustenance. All four individuals are scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 11/14/25.
On 10/31/25 at 1:36 p.m., Kiara M. Richardson-Koagel, 18, of Schroeppel was arrested for False Written Statement following an incident that occurred in the Town of Palermo. Ms. Richardson-Koagel is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 11/14/25.
On 10/31/25 at 4:45 p.m., Terrall D. Tyler, 52, of Clay, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Tyler was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/31/25 at 11:20 p.m., Macy R. Mettler, 34, of Volney was arrested for Resisting Arrest and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Volney. Ms. Mettler was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/1/25 at 2:02 a.m., Nina A. Devine, 29, of Constantia was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Onondaga County. Ms. Devine was turned over to the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office for further processing.
On 11/1/25 at 9:03 p.m., Rodney F. Leggett Jr., 59, of Watertown, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Leggett was arraigned in Family Court.
On 11/2/25 at 11:50 a.m., Darrell T. Orr, 58, of Granby was arrested for Robbery, 3rd, a class D felony and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Orr was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/2/25 at 5:52 p.m., James N. Stewart Jr., 18, of Syracuse, NY was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 3rd degree and 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Volney. Mr. Stewart was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/2/25 at 10:08 p.m., Robert P. Pottenburgh, 57, of Constantia was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Constantia. Mr. Pottenburgh was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/4/25 at 11:04 a.m., Donald L. Adams Sr., 72, of Scriba was arrested for Sex Offender Registry Failure to Verify, a class E felony of the Correction Law following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Adams is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 11/18/25.
On 11/4/25 at 4:10 p.m., Richard Alan Wilder, 57, of Oswego was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Wilder was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/5/25 at 5:30 a.m., Warren D. Swanson, 28, of Palermo was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Palermo. Mr. Swanson was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/5/25 at 11:28 a.m., Brianna A. Trombetta, 35, of Granby was arrested for Menacing, 3rd degree and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Granby. Ms. Trombetta was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/6/25 at 2:13 p.m., Walter W. Wiseman, 57, of Orwell was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Village of Sandy Creek. Mr. Wiseman is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 11/20/25.
On 11/6/25 at 4:03 p.m., Natasha J. Gamer, 42, of Watertown, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of St. Lawrence County Family Court. Ms. Gamer was turned over to the St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office for further processing.
On 11/6/25 at 9:53 p.m., Brianna A. Trombetta, 35, of Granby was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Granby. Ms. Trombetta was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/7/25 at 3:01 a.m., Randi L. Marsden, 43, of New Haven was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego City Court. Ms. Marsden was turned over to the Oswego City Police Dept. for further processing.
