On 11/1/24 at 11:11 p.m., Nicole L. Michaels, 34, of Hastings was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree and Criminal Tampering, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Ms. Michaels is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 11/15/24.
On 11/2/24 at 12:21 a.m., Kevin A. Lebeau, 50, of Albion was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Central Square. Mr. Lebeau was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/2/24 at 11:22 p.m., Cole D. Sexton, 26, of Minetto was arrested for Fleeing an Officer in a Motor Vehicle along with multiple V& T violations following an incident in the City of Oswego. Mr. Sexton is scheduled to be arraigned in the City of Oswego Court on 11/21/24.
On 11/3/24 at 8:02 a.m., Luke J. Fredette, 21, of Memphis, NY was arrested for Falsely Reporting an Incident following an incident that occurred that occurred in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Fredette is scheduled to be arraigned on 11/17/24 in CAP Court.
On 11/3/24 at 8:34 a.m., Joseph W. Vaughn, 50, of Richland was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Granby. Mr. Vaughn was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/3/24 at 1:57 p.m., Chance N. Stewart, 44, of Syracuse was arrested for Stalking, 4th degree and Harassment, 1st degree, both class B misdemeanors following an incident in the City of Oswego. Mr. Stewart was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/4/24 at 5:36 a.m., David E. Carter, 46, of Syracuse was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Carter was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/5/24 at 12:40 a.m., Jemaria K. Paventy, 30, of Palermo was arrested for Criminal Impersonation, 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance following an incident in the Village of Phoenix. Ms. Paventy is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 11/19/24.
On 11/5/24 at 6:47 a.m., James A. Mothersell, 55, of Hastings was arrested for Criminal Trespass, 3rd degree; Burglary, 2nd degree, a class C felony and two counts of Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Mothersell was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/5/24 at 10:25 a.m., Eric P. Drought, 42, of Amboy was arrested for Fleeing an Officer in a MV along with multiple V&T violations following an incident in the Town of Mexico. Mr. Drought is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 11/19/24.
At the same time, Mr. Drought was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Fulton City Court. Mr. Drought was turned over to Fulton PD for further processing.
On 11/5/24 at 12:38 p.m., Jacob R. Snedeker, 32, of Richland was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance following an incident in the Town of Richland. Mr. Snedeker is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 11/19/24.
On 11/5/24 at 4:54 p.m., Padrie A. Schneider, 24, of Cicero was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance following an incident in the Village of Parish. Ms. Schneider is scheduled to be arraigned on 11/19/24 in CAP Court.
On 11/5/24 at 6:27 p.m., Rachelle K. Burger, 36, of Fulton was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Ms. Burger was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/6/24 at 11:03 a.m., Rachael Mary McKeown, 37, of Oswego was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the City of Oswego. Ms. McKeown is scheduled to be arraigned on 11/20/24 in CAP Court.
On 11/6/24 at 4:30 p.m., Timothy E. Prall, 33, of Hastings was arrested for Vehicular Assault, 2nd degree, a class E felony, Vehicular Assault, 1st degree, a class D felony along with multiple V&T violations stemming from an incident that occurred in June 2024 in the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Prall was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/6/24 at 8:23 p.m., Anthony W. Losito, 38, of Parish was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Hastings. Mr. Losito was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/6/24 at 11:29 p.m., Calyx A. Estep, 26, of West Monroe was arrested for Promoting Prison Contraband, 1st degree, a class D felony following an incident in the Oswego County Correctional Facility. Mr. Estep was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/7/24 at 9:57 a.m., Andrew L. Gaurin, 35, of Richland was arrested for Overdriving, Torturing, and Injuring Animals; Failure to Provide Proper Sustenance, a class A misdemeanor following an incident that occurred in the Town of Richland. Mr. Gaurin is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 11/21/24.
On 11/7/24 at 12:25 p.m., Sarah J. Dupre, 40, of West Monroe was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of West Monroe. Ms. Dupre was arraigned in CAP Court.
