OSWEGO COUNTY – November 9, 2023
On 11/4/23 at 2:21 a.m., Shiann M. Herrington, 23, of New Haven was arrested for Grand Larceny, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Richland. Ms. Herrington is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 11/18/23.
On 11/4/23 at 9:07 a.m., Christina L. Bristol, 39, of Oswego was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Scriba. Ms. Bristol was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/4/23 at 2:36 p.m., Jamel A. Nellons, 22, of Syracuse was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree and Trespass following an incident in the Town of Williamstown. Mr. Nellons is scheduled to be arraigned on 11/18/23 in CAP Court.
On 11/4/23 at 4:59 p.m., Thor A. E. Brown, 27, of Fulton was arrested for Assault, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Brown is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 11/18/23.
On 11/4/23 at 10:09 p.m., Heather Leonard-Andrews, 47, of Fulton was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following a traffic stop in the Town of Schroeppel. Ms. Leonard-Andrews is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 11/18/23.
On 11/5/23 at 7:39 p.m., Devon James Rogers, 30, of Constantia was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree and Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Constantia. Mr. Rogers is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 11/19/23.
On 11/6/23 at 10:48 a.m., Shae Martin Hart, 28, of Volney was arrested for Criminal Trespass, 3rd degree and Resisting Arrest following an incident in the Village of Mexico. Mr. Hart is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 11/20/23.
On 11/6/23 at 10:47 p.m., Markus P. McKenna, 36, of Albion was arrested based on an Oswego County Family Court Warrant. Mr. McKenna was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/6/23 at 10:52 p.m., Desiree M. Birmingham, 29, of Albion was arrested based on 2 Oswego County Family Court Warrants. Ms. Birmingham was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/7/23 at 2:27 p.m., Arsoun J. King, 45, of Oswego was arrested for Assault, 3rd degree; Assault While Confined in Correctional Facility, 2nd degree, a class D felony and Strangulation, 2nd degree, a class D felony following an incident in the City of Oswego. Mr. King was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/8/23 at 7:45 p.m., Joshua K. Cornish, 39, of Clay was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Redfield. Mr. Cornish was arraigned in CAP Court.
