On 10/3/25 at 6:43 p.m., Sara Jane Manwaring, 50, of Oswego was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree following an incident in the Town of Oswego. Ms. Manwaring was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/3/25 at 8:48 p.m., David W Patrick Jr., 47, of Schroeppel was arrested for Violation of Probation Warrant out of Oswego County. Mr. Patrick was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/4/25 at 4:25 a.m., Robert S. Woods Jr., 47, of Fulton was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the City of Fulton. Mr. Woods was turned over to the Fulton Police Dept. for further processing.
On 10/5/25 at 8:45 a.m., Mark W. Grass, 42, of Westdale, NY was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Grass is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/19/25.
On 10/6/25 at 11:34 a.m., Tina L. Flora, 54, of Cato, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Granby. Ms. Flora was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/6/25 at 12:49 p.m., Joseph M. Parker, 32, of Hannibal was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the City of Oswego. Mr. Parker was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/6/25 at 1:49 p.m., Ellysia L. Nier, 35, of Watertown, NY, was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish. Ms. Nier was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/6/25 at 2:02 p.m., Tiffany J. Rayder, 42, of Amboy was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the NYSP. Ms. Rayder was turned over to the NYSP for further processing.
On 10/6/25 at 3:49 p.m., Robert W. Garrison, 48, of Hannibal was arrested 2 counts of Rape, 1stdegree, a class B felony; Sex Abuse, 1st degree, a class D felony; Aggravated Criminal Contempt, a class D felony; Assault, 3rd degree; Criminal Obstruction of Breathing; Unlawful Imprisonment, Resisting Arrest and Criminal Contempt, 2dn degree following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Garrison was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/7/25 at 8:53 a.m., Justin J. Montana, 40, of Watertown, NY was arrested for Petit Larceny along with a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Oswego in regard to Corrections Law and the Sex Offender Registry. Mr. Montana is scheduled to be arraigned in Fulton City Court on 10/23/25 for the Petit Larceny charge. He was arraigned in CAP Court for the warrant.
On 10/7/25 at 10:14 a.m., George H. Wallis Jr., 58, of Scriba was arrested for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Wallis is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/21/25.
On 10/7/25 at 4:59 p.m., Gregory J. Taylor, 36, of Lacona was arrested based on two Arrest Warrants issued out of the Town of Sandy Creek. Mr. Taylor was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/8/25 at 2:24 p.m., Eugene C. Regan, 50, of Oswego was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Granby. Mr. Regan was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/8/25 at 4:29 p.m., Scott D Hinman, 55, of Syracuse was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Richland. Mr. Hinman was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/8/25 at 7:04 p.m., Kahron T. Denham, 27, of Syracuse was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree, a class B felony; 2 counts of Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia; Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 3rd degree, a class D felony; and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 2nd degree, a class C felony (Loaded firearm) following an incident in the City of Fulton. Mr. Denham was arraigned in CAP Court.
Following the same incident, Takieme L. Jackson, 34, of Camillus was arrested for Tampering with Physical Evidence, a class E felony; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree, a class B felony; 2 counts of Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree; and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 2nd degree, a class C felony (Loaded weapon). Mr. Jackson was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/9/25 at 9:15 a.m., Frank J. Powless, 39, of Williamstown was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Powless is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/23/25.
On 10/9/25 at 1:08 p.m., Alejandro J. Ramos-Rivera, 45, of Granby was arrested for 2 counts of Menacing, 2nd degree: Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, and Criminal Mischief, 3rd degree, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Ramos-Rivera was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/9/25 at 2:58 p.m., Gary M. Dupont, 18, of Albion was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Williamstown. Mr. Dupont is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/23/25.
On 10/9/25 at 7:30 p.m., Christopher R. Harrison, 42, of Mexico, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico. Mr. Harrison was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/9/25 at 8:55 p.m., Konner J. Robinson, 20, of Sandy Creek was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Granby. Mr. Robinson was arraigned in CAP Court.
