On 10/9/26 at 11:25 p.m., David Scott Ricker, 61, of Scriba was arrested for 2 counts of Assault, 2nddegree, a class D felony; Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 3rd degree, a class D felony; and 2 counts of Menacing, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Ricker was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/10/26 at 11:25 a.m., Rachelle L. Williams, 37, of Vienna, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Constantia. Ms. Williams is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/24/26.
On 10/10/26 at 4:43 p.m., Seirra E. Peck, 33, of Constantia was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Constantia. Ms. Peck is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/24/26.
On 10/10/26 at 7:16 p.m., Jason M. DeMott, 42, of Fulton was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. DeMott is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/24/26.
On 10/10/26 at 9:27 p.m., Michael T. Diefenbacher, 44, of Fulton was arrested for Tampering with Physical Evidence, a class E felony; Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 3rd degree, a class D felony; Fleeing an Officer in a Motor Vehicle along with multiple V&T violations following an incident that reportedly began in the Town of Volney. Mr. Diefenbacher was arraigned in CAP Court.
At the same time, Mr. Diefenbacher and Kasey K. Durgan, 40, of Granby were arrested for Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, 3rd degree. Mr. Diefenbacher was arraigned in CAP Court and Ms. Durgan is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/13/26 at 1:31 a.m., Coleton R. Elliott, 30, of Lorraine, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Central Square. Mr. Elliott was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/13/26 at 1:44 p.m., Paul Thomas Basile, 31, of Liverpool was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Basile is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/27/26.
On 10/13/26 at 8:08 p.m., Martin R. Bachar, 63, of Sandy Creek was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Sandy Creek. Mr. Bachar was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/14/26 at 12:05 a.m., Christopher J. Avery, 43, of Hastings was arrested for 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Avery is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/28/26.
On 10/14/26 at 8:30 a.m., Todd E. Kapp, 61, of Richland was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Richland. Mr. Kapp is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/28/26.
On 10/14/26 at 1:23 p.m., Thomas I. Wickham, 40, of Constantia was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Mexico. Mr. Wickham is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/28/26.
On 10/14/26 at 3:49 p.m., Michael R. LaSalle, 64, of Amboy was arrested for Assault, 3rd degree and Menacing, 3rd degree following an incident that reportedly occurred in the Town of Amboy. Mr. LaSalle was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/14/26 at 4:27 p.m., Steven M. Mullin, 47, of Richland was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Albion. Mr. Mullin was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/15/26 at 2:10 p.m., Brian M. Rodriguez, 43, of Fulton was arrested for two counts of Petit Larceny following two separate incidents in the Village of Mexico. Mr. Rodriguez is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/29/26.
At the same time, Mr. Rodriguez was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Sandy Creek. Mr. Rodriguez was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/15/26 at 8:15 p.m., Steven Lloyd Master Jr., 19, of Scriba was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident that reportedly occurred in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Master is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/29/26.
