On 10/11/25 at 9:03 a.m., William A. Butcher, 31, of Albion was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico. Mr. Butcher was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/12/25 at 6:58 a.m., Howard D. Page Jr., 39, of New Haven was arrested for Criminal Tampering, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of New Haven. Mr. Page was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/13/25 at 2:36 a.m., Edgar I. Medina Chavez, 35, of Fairfax, VA was arrested for False Personation following an incident in the Town of Richland. Mr. Chavez is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/27/25.
On 10/13/25 at 7:58 p.m., Christopher A. Kranz, 40, of Richland was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Richland. Mr. Kranz was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/14/25 at 12:43 a.m., Thomas J. Springer, 18, of Granby was arrested for 3 counts of Reckless Endangerment, 1st degree, a class D felony and Fleeing Officer in Motor Vehicle following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Springer was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/14/25 at 11:05 a.m., Anthony V. Servidio, 34, of Oswego was arrested for Stalking, 3rd degree; Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree; Resisting Arrest; Criminal Contempt, 1stdegree, a class E felony; Aggravated Harassment, 2nd degree and Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Albion. Mr. Servidio was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/15/25 at 6:10 a.m., Timothy M. Davis, 45, of Hastings was arrested for Reckless Endangerment, 1st degree, a class D felony; Resisting Arrest; Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree; Fleeing an Officer in Motor Vehicle and multiple V&T violations following an incident that reportedly began in the Town of Richland. Mr. Daivs was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/15/25 at 9:34 p.m., Joseph E. Deforge, 51, of Richland was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree; Criminal Mischief, 4th degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 3rd degree (Prior conviction), a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Richland. Mr. Deforge was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/16/25 at 12:27 p.m., Tanyell M. Burnett, 24, of Hannibal was arrested for Aggravated Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Oswego and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Ms. Burnett was arraigned in CAP Court for the Aggravated Harassment charge and is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/30/25 for the Criminal Obstruction of Breathing charge.
On 10/16/25 at 7:15 p.m., Tanyell M. Burnett, 24, of Hannibal was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree; Criminal Tampering, 3rd degree; Reckless Endangerment; Resisting Arrest; Harassment, 2nddegree and Obstruction of Governmental Administration following an incident in the City of Oswego. Mr. Burnett is scheduled to be arraigned in Oswego City Court on 11/6/25.
On 10/16/25 at 9:42 p.m., Jessica N. Bartlett, 41, of Sandy Creek was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and 2 counts of Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Parish. Ms. Bartlett is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/30/25.
On 10/17/25 at 9:39 a.m., Naomi V. Ervin, 21, of Scriba was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the City of Oswego. Ms. Ervin turned over to the Oswego City Police Dept. for further processing.
On 10/17/25 at 12:14 p.m., Robert N. Wardhaugh, 38, of Hannibal was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Wardhaugh was arraigned in Family Court.
