On 9/25/26 at 12:04 p.m., Desmond T. Parsons, 37, of Orwell was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Parsons is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/9/26.
On 9/25/26 at 3:28 p.m., Charles R. Bennett, 34, of Sterling, NY was arrested based on 3 Bench Warrants; one issued out of the Town of Mexico, one out of the Town of Hannibal and one out of the City of Oswego. Mr. Bennett was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/25/26 at 5:04 p.m., Luke D. Smith, 40, of Mexico, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico. Mr. Smith was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/26/26 at 2:04 p.m., Daniel A. Rowe, 41, of Hannibal was arrested for Unlawful Imprisonment, 2nd degree and Criminal Mischief, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Rowe was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/27/26 at 11:28 a.m., Carl F. Ritter II, 39, of Fulton was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Ritter is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/11/26.
On 9/29/26 at 8:25 a.m., Jason J. Bertrand, 43, of Amboy was arrested for 4 counts of Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child, a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Amboy. Mr. Bertrand was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/29/26 at 4:01 p.m., David I. Groth, 40, of Cleveland, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Groth was arraigned in Family Court.
On 9/30/26 at 8:18 a.m., Mary E. Taylor, 54, of Boylston was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Boylston. Ms. Taylor was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/30/26 at 9:38 a.m., Jillian M. Trumble, 35, of Ellisburg, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Boylston. Ms. Trumble was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/30/26 at 1:04 p.m., Andrew N. Clements, 37, of Syracuse, NY, was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish. Mr. Clements was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/30/26 at 4:16 p.m., Lelia Maude Russell, 38, of Pulaski was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Sandy Creek. Ms. Russell is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/14/26.
Following the same incident, James R. Wilcox, 37, of Sandy Creek was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree. Mr. Wilcox is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/14/26.
On 9/30/26 at 9:44 p.m., Katrina Lynn Pearo, 38, of Pulaski was arrested for Criminal Trespass, 2nddegree following an incident in the Town of Richland. Ms. Pearo is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/14/26.
On 10/1/26 at 11:11 a.m., Kyle P. Sellin, 42, of Constantia was arrested for 4 counts of Promoting Sexual Performance by a Child, a Class D felony following an incident in the Town of Constantia. Mr. Sellin was arraigned in CAP Court and remanded to the OCJ.
On 10/1/26 at 3:28 p.m., Samantha M. Sweeting, 35, of Williamstown was arrested for 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Mexico. Ms. Sweeting is scheduled to be arraigned on 10/15/26 in CAP Court.
On 10/1/26 at 3:38 p.m., Tristan M. Corriveau, 30, of Mexico, NY was arrested for Aggravated Harassment, 2nd degree and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing following an incident in the Town of Richland on 9/2/26. Mr. Corriveau was arraigned in CAP Court and remanded to the OCJ.
On 10/2/26 at 12:30 a.m., Jeremiah A T Jones, 39, of Fulton was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Palermo. Mr. Jones was arraigned in CAP Court.
