On 9/19/25 at 9:11 a.m., Walter W. Wiseman, 57, of Orwell was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Jefferson County Probation. Mr. Wiseman was turned over to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office for further processing.
On 9/20/25 at 4:28 a.m., Elijah G. Simmons, 19, of Vienna, NY was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Amboy. Mr. Simmons is scheduled to be arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court on 10/4/25.
On 9/21/25 at 1:05 a.m., Jerome P. Bowen, 41, of Yorkville, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Bowen was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/22/25 at 2:19 p.m., Collin R. Toney, 36, of Hastings was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree, following an incident in the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Toney is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/6/25.
On 9/23/25 at 10:27 a.m., Clyde James Hoyt, 22, of Mexico, NY was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Unlawful Dealing with a Child, 1st degree following an incident in the Village of Mexico. Mr. Hoyt was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/23/25 at 4:17 p.m., Jarred Jeffrey Gilbo, 33, of Jordan, NY was arrested for Assault, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Gilbo is scheduled to be arraigned on 10/7/25 in CAP Court.
On 9/24/25 at 12:59 a.m., Bradley D. Fenton, 39, of New Haven was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree and Petit Larceny following an incident in the Village of Mexico. Mr. Fenton was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/24/25 at 1:06 p.m., Collin R. Toney, 36, of Hastings was arrested for Menacing, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Toney was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/24/25 at 2:30 p.m., Anfernee D. Rucker, 31, of Syracuse, NY was arrested for Burglary, 3rddegree, a class D felony; Petit Larceny and Criminal Impersonation, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Rucker was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/24/25 at 11:42 p.m., Sara R. Bolster, 21, of Williamstown was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree and Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Williamstown. Ms. Bolster was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/25/25 at 7:45 a.m., Jeremy S. Tassone, 45, of Hannibal was arrested for Burglary, 2nd degree, a class C felony; Criminal Mischief, 3rd degree, a class E felony and Criminal Tampering, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Tassone was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/26/25 at 9:27 a.m., Brian M. Duck, 35, of Scriba was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the City of Oswego. Mr. Duck was turned over to the Oswego City Police Dept. for further processing.
On 9/26/25 at 9:39 a.m., Dwayne A. Wells, 37, of Fulton was arrested for Criminal Possession of Narcotic Drug, 4th degree, a class C felony following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Wells was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/26/25 at 12:14 p.m., Chad Everett Koll, 49, of Syracuse was arrested for Resisting Arrest following an incident in the Town of New Haven. Mr. Koll is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/10/25.
On 9/27/25 at 2:43 a.m., Dean Michael Shambo, 23, of Richland was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7thdegree following an incident in the Village of Pulaski. Mr. Shambo was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/29/25 at 10:33 a.m., David B. Voss, 48, of Hannibal was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Voss was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/29/25 at 2:27 p.m., Robert W. Burger, 62, of Hannibal was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Mr. Burger was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/29/25 at 6:43 p.m., Ryan M. Smith, 41, of Liverpool was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Phoenix. Mr. Smith was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/29/25 at 7:53 p.m., Nicole B. Alexander, 43, of Mexico, NY was arrested for Conspiracy, 5thdegree; Burglary, 3rd degree, a class D felony and Petit Larceny following
her alleged involvement in an incident in the Town of Granby on 6/18/25. Ms. Alexander was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/29/25 at 9:39 p.m., Spencer F. Patterson, 49, of Fulton was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Granby. Mr. Patterson was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/29/25 at 11:32 p.m., Nolan Ryan Pitcher, 31, of Scriba was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree and Criminal Tampering, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Pitcher was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/30/25 at 2:53 a.m., Justin T. Ingoldby, 33, of Schroeppel was arrested for Assault, 3rd degree; Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Criminal Mischief, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Palermo. Mr. Ingoldby was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/30/25 at 9:54 a.m., Jamie L. Brightwell, 38, of Lacona was arrested for Conspiracy, 5th degree; Burglary, 3rd degree, a class D felony and Petit Larceny for her alleged involvement in the incident in the Town of Granby on 6/18/25.
On 9/30/25 at 9:21 p.m., Jevan William Alvarado, 30, of Granby was arrested for Menacing, 3rddegree; Criminal Mischief, 4th degree; Criminal Tampering, 3rd degree; Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree; Resisting Arrest; Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony and 3 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Alvarado was arraigned in CAP Court.
Mr. Alvarado was also arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree following an incident in the City of Oswego. He is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/14/25.
On 10/1/25 at 9:58 a.m., Michael E. Shoults, 65, of Granby was arrested based on a Felony Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court and an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Minetto. Mr. Shoults was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/2/25 at 12:20 p.m., Erik M. Lambertson, 41, of Mallory was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Lambertson was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/2/25 at 1:09 p.m., Nicholas G. Sharp, 35, of Oswego was arrested for Assault in a Correctional Facility, 2nd degree, a class C felony following an incident in the City of Oswego. Mr. Sharp is scheduled to be arraigned in Oswego City Court on 10/9/25.
