On 10/24/25 at 12:37 p.m., Jonathan A. Ayala, 34, of Syracuse was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree following an incident in the Village of Central Square. Mr. Ayala is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 11/7/25.
On 10/24/25 at 2:49 p.m., Danielle M. Boeglin, 34, of Fulton; Jeremy W. Collins,41, of Fulton and Justin Alan Zukovsky were arrested for Conspiracy, 4th degree, a class E felony; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree, a class B felony and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nddegree following an incident in the Town of Oswego. Ms. Boeglin, Mr. Collins and Mr. Zukovsky were all arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/24/25 at 4:32 p.m., Paul AJ Oatman, 37, of Sandy Creek was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Oatman was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/24/25 at 11:01 p.m., Jonathan R. Dennis, 44, of Richland and Brandee J. Petit, 45, of Volney were arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Richland. Mr. Dennis and Ms. Petit are scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 11/7/25.
On 10/26/25 at 10:33 p.m., Jamie L. Casey, 37, of Schroeppel and Monica A. Merritt, 43, of Schroeppel were arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Palermo. Mr. Casey and Ms. Merritt are scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 11/9/25.
On 10/27/25 at 12:45 p.m., Amber D. Darnell, 44, of Garnerville, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the City of Oswego. Ms. Darnell was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/27/25 at 12:45 p.m., Kevin M. Lagray, 41, of Fulton was arrested for Burglary, 3rd degree, a class D felony and Petit Larceny following an incident in the Village of Central Square. Mr. Lagray was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/27/25 at 3:13 p.m., Daniel Vincent Craig, 33, of Hannibal; Brandon Earl Lane, 34, of Fulton and Christopher L. Snyder, 41, of Lysander, NY were arrested for Criminal
Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree, a class B felony following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Craig, Mr. Lane and Mr. Snyder were all arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/27/25 at 5:06 p.m., Kristin C. Bouchard, 42, of Scriba was arrested for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Ms. Bouchard was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/28/25 at 2:24 p.m., Whitmon R. Chilson, 45, of Pennellville was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Chilson was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/28/25 at 3:08 p.m., Bridget P. Monzel, 42, of Lacona, was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Central Square. Ms. Monzel was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/28/25 at 7:03 p.m., James V. McCombs, 36, of Amboy was arrested based on three Bench Warrants, one out of the City of Oswego, one out of the Town of Parish and one out of the Town of Constantia. Mr. McCombs was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/29/25 at 7:57 a.m., Anthony J. Holmquist, 41, of Volney and Courtney L. Thompson, 40, of Oswego were arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Holmquist and Ms. Thompson are scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 11/12/25.
On 10/29/25 at 9:46 a.m., Mark E. Lambrych, 50, of Blossvale, NY was arrested for Stalking, 4thdegree and Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Village of Parish. Mr. Lambrych was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/29/25 at 12:49 p.m., Crystal Carol Beam, 42, of Parish was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Village of Parish. Ms. Beam is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 11/12/25.
On 10/30/25 at 1:59 a.m., Christopher J. Moynahan, 35, of Pulaski was arrested for Criminal Tampering, 3rd degree following an incident in the Village of Pulaski. Mr. Moynahan is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 11/13/25.
On 10/30/25 at 7:45 a.m., Zachary A. Hamilton, 20, of Central Square was arrested for 2 counts of Sex Offender Failure to Report Change, a class E felony. Mr. Hamilton is scheduled to be arraigned in Fulton City Court on 11/16/25.
On 10/30/25 at 4:14 p.m., Desiree E. Dooley, 29, of Phoenix, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Ms. Dooley was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/30/25 at 4:16 p.m., William H. Horning, 30, of Parish was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Richland. Mr. Horning is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 11/13/25.
On 10/30/25 at 10:21 p.m., Cyntia Kendira Davis, 40, of Schroeppel was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree, Resisting Arrest and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Ms. Davis is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 11/13/25.
