On 10/3/26 at 3:52 p.m., Andrew D. Schneider, 34, of Oswego was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree; 3 counts of Reckless Endangerment, 1st degree, a class D felony; Criminal Mischief, 4th degree;2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Oswego. Mr. Schneider was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/3/26 at 7:35 p.m., Owen R. Baldwin, 18, of Oswego was arrested for Reckless Endangerment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Palermo. Mr. Baldwin is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/17/26.
On 10/3/26 at 8:40 p.m., Mary E. Ujkaj, 39, of Canastota, NY was arrested based on two Bench Warrants, one from the Town of Hastings and one from the Town of Mexico. Ms. Ujkaj was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/4/26 at 7:58 p.m., Eric K. Staring, 64, of Parish, NY was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Parish. Mr. Staring is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/18/26.
On 10/4/26 at 11:24 p.m., Heather Ann Labreck, 36, of Unknown Address was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Ms. Labreck is scheduled to be arraigned on 10/18/26 in CAP Court.
At the same time, Ms. Labreck was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Onondaga County. Ms. Labreck was turned over to the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office for further processing.
On 10/5/26 at 9:47 a.m., MaryEmma M. Dacey, 53, of Phoenix, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Ms. Dacey is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/19/26.
On 10/5/26 at 12:52 p.m., Charles A. Hutchinson, 42, of Parish was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree following an incident in the Village of Sandy Creek. Mr. Hutchinson is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/19/26.
On 10/5/26 at 8:24 p.m., Derinda D. Boyden Dempster, 59, of Constantia was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree following an incident in the Village of Parish. Ms. Boyden Dempster is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/19/26.
On 10/6/26 at 10:24 a.m., Krystal Lynn Rasbeck, 48, of Volney was arrested for Tampering with Physical Evidence, a class E felony; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree, (with intent to sell), a class B felony; and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Ms. Rasbeck was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/6/26 at 11:53 a.m., Michele E. Thomas, 25, of Richland was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish. Ms. Thomas was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/6/26 at 5:34 p.m., Richard J. Bentley, 35, of Schroeppel was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Cicero PD. Mr. Bentley was turned over to the Cicero Police Dept. for further processing.
On 10/6/26 at 8:59 p.m., Leanne E. Miner, 33, of Fulton was arrested for 3 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the City of Fulton. Ms. Miner is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/20/26.
On 10/7/26 at 6:36 p.m., Kassidy R. Carr, 35, of Oswego was arrested for Promoting Prison Contraband, 1st degree, a class D felony and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7thdegree following an incident in the City of Oswego. Ms. Carr was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/7/26 at 6:48 p.m., Michael B. LaValley, 42, of Amboy was arrested based on two Bench Warrants, one out of the Town of Parish and one out of Oswego County Court. Mr. LaValley was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/8/26 at 1:31 p.m., Anbrya Nicole Jackson, 28, of Syracuse was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree and Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Parish. Ms. Jackson was arraigned in CAP Court.
At the same time, Ms. Jackson was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of SUNY Oswego PD. Ms. Jackson was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/8/26 at 3:08 p.m., Kraig K. McCombs, 32, of Parish was arrested for Criminal Impersonation, 2nd degree; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Mexico. Mr. McCombs is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/22/26.
On 10/8/26 at 3:50 p.m., Karen S. Bertrand, 41, of Amboy was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Firearm, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Amboy. Ms. Bertrand is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/22/26.
On 10/8/26 at 4:26 p.m., Howard F. Williams, 46, of Parish was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Williams is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/22/26.
On 10/8/26 at 4:50 p.m., Jessica R. Eastman, 46, of Watertown, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Ms. Eastman was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/8/26 at 8:58 p.m., Anbrya Nicole Jackson, 28, of Syracuse was arrested for Assault, 2nd degree, a class D felony; Menacing, 2nd degree; Reckless Endangerment, 1st degree, a class D felony; Aggravated Contempt, a class D felony; Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree following an incident that occurred in the Town of Volney. Ms. Jackson was arraigned in CAP Court and remanded to the OCJ.
On 10/9/26 at 8:25 a.m., Walter W. Wiseman, 68, of Orwell was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Sandy Creek. Mr. Wiseman is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/9/26.
