OSWEGO COUNTY – March 31, 2023
On 3/24/23 at 4:35 p.m., Michael D. Fitzgibbons, 36, of 9 Lewis Street, Apt. 1, Pulaski, NY was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree and Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree stemming from the investigation into an incident that occurred in May 2022. Mr. Fitzgibbons was also arrested on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Central Square Village Court and a Bench Warrant out of NYSP Pulaski. Mr. Fitzgibbons was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/24/23 at 5:03 p.m., Marcus H. Stacey, 24, of 9 Hofmann Drive, Fulton, NY was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Stacey was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/27/23 at 6:55 a.m., Gabriel M. Chase, 31, of 16 Coho Lane, Albion, NY was arrested for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing following an incident in the Town of Albion. Mr. Chase was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/27/23 at 7:10 a.m., Craig D. Youmans, 30, of 9 Cemetery Street, Albion, NY was arrested for Burglary, 3rd degree and Petit Larceny stemming from the investigation into an incident that occurred in the Town of Albion. Mr. Youmans was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/28/23 at 2:00 a.m., Brian M. Duck, 32, of 45 Liberty Street, Oswego, NY was was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego City. Mr. Duck was turned over to the Oswego Police Dept. for further processing.
On 3/28/23 at 6:26 p.m., David Philip Kline, 26, of 43 Pine Drive, Pennellville, NY was arrested for 2 counts of Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree; Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4thdegree; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and Resisting Arrest following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Kline was also arrested based on a Felony Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Mr. Kline is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/11/23.
At the same time, Jemaria K. Paventy, 29, of 152 Winks Rd., Fulton, NY was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree; 2 counts of Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree; Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree; and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree. Jemaria is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/11/23.
On 3/28/23 at 7:23 p.m., Jacob R. Ahumada, 28, of 2018 County Line Rd., Phoenix, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Granby Court. Mr. Ahumada was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/29/23 at 10:10 a.m., Devin M.D. Jobson, 20, of 177 Nichols Rd., Williamstown, NY was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Selling Tobacco to a Minor following an incident in the Town of Mexico. Mr. Dobson is scheduled to be arraigned on April 12 in CAP Court.
On 3/30/23 at 9:49 a.m., Haley R. Barrington, 27, of 83 Gildner Road, Central Square, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Fulton City. Ms. Barrington was turned over to the Fulton Police Dept. for further processing.
On 3/30/23 at 10:42 a.m., Anthony C. Friot, 31, of 339 Upton Rd., Central Square, NY was arrested for 3 counts of Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child, a class D felony stemming from the investigation into incidents that allegedly occurred in the Town of Sandy Creek. Mr. Friot was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/30/23 at 3:32 p.m., David L. Loftus, 41, of 128 Tug Hill Road, Oswego, NY was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Loftus is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/13/23.
On 3/31/23 at 6:51 a.m., Shelly M. Stacy, 41, of 454 O’Connor Rd., Oswego, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Scriba. Ms. Stacy was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/31/23 at 9:00 a.m., Michael S. Crouch, 58, of 1344 County Route 11, Central Square, NY was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child following the investigation into an incident that occurred in October 2022 in the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Crouch is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/14/23.
