On 9/4/26 at 10:10 a.m., David W. Dillabough Jr., 44, of Sandy Creek was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish along with Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree and Resisting Arrest following an incident in the Town of Sandy Creek. Mr. Dillabough was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/4/26 at 11:26 a.m., Juan Rodriguez, 29, of unknown address, was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Rodriguez was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/4/26 at 3:41 p.m., Matthew C. Arquitt, 58, of Orwell was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Richland. Mr. Arquitt was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/4/26 at 7:42 p.m., Adam Walter Wiggins, 35, of Port Byron, NY was arrested for Assault, 2nd degree, a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Oswego. Mr. Wiggins was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/5/26 at 9:28 a.m., Kevin A. Lebeau, 52, of Albion was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish. Mr. Lebeau was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/5/26 at 6:58 p.m., Anthony J. Moore, 43, of Fulton was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Palermo. Mr. Moore is scheduled to be arraigned on 9/19/26 in CAP Court.

On 9/7/26 at 7:52 a.m., Michael l. Granger, 41, of Sandy Creek was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Mexico. Mr. Granger is scheduled to answer the charge on 9/21/26 in CAP Court.

On 9/7/26 at 1:51 p.m., Michele E. Thomas, 25, of Ellisburg, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish. Ms. Thomas was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/7/26 at 3:52 p.m., Kaleb Allen Robinson, 25, of Lacona was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Richland. Mr. Robinson was arraigned in CAP Court.
At the same time, Mr. Robinson was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Richland. Mr. Robinson is scheduled to be arraigned on 9/21/26 in CAP Court.

On 9/7/26 at 6:23 p.m., Jason Paul Kahler, 28, of Scriba was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Wayne County Family Court. Mr. Kahler was turned over to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for further processing.

On 9/7/26 at 7:36 p.m., Christopher S. Hurlbut, 56, of Mexico, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office. Mr. Hurlbut was turned over to the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office for further processing.

On 9/7/26 at 9:18 p.m., Mason Adair Cook, 29, of Constantia was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 1st degree, a class E felony and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Constantia. Mr. Cook was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/8/26 at 12:11 a.m., Kyle L. Guinup, 35, of Watertown, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Richland. Mr. Guinup was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/8/26 at 6:22 a.m., Joseph W. Blair, 21, of Oswego was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego City Court. Mr. Blair was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/8/26 at 1:04 p.m., Vincent John Puglia, 71, of Fulton was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Volney. Mr. Puglia was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/8/26 at 3:06 p.m., Erin M. Becksted, 43, of Mexico, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico. Mr. Becksted was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/8/26 at 3:15 p.m., Joshua J. Douglas, 38, of Fulton and Jennifer L. Skutt, 39, of Mexico, NY were arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 4th degree, a class C felony and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Douglas and Ms. Skutt were both arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/8/26 at 3:28 p.m., Michel M. Palmowski, 33, of Palermo was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico. Mr. Palmowski was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/8/26 at 3:58 p.m., Savannah A. Tice, 24, of Syracuse, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Fulton City Court. Ms. Tice was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/8/26 at 4:29 p.m., Erin M. Becksted, 43, of Mexico, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico. Mr. Becksted was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/9/26 at 11:18 a.m., Cari L. Buske, 44, of Hastings was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Oswego. Ms. Buske was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/9/26 at 1:12 p.m., Amanda Lynn Davies, 42, of Fulton was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Volney. Ms. Davies is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/23/26.
Following the same incident, Michael T. Diefenbacher Jr., 44, of Fulton was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the City of Fulton. Mr. Diefenbacher was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/10/26 at 8:03 a.m., Joshua J. Douglas, 38, of Fulton was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Town of Mexico Court. Mr. Douglas was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/10/26 at 1:04 p.m., Jason R. Fellows, 46, of Fulton was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Volney. Mr. Fellows was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/10/26 at 5:51 p.m., Michael Norman Stahl, 63, of Mallory, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Stahl was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/10/26 at 9:03 p.m., Nolan Ryan Pitcher, 32, of Scriba was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Scriba. Mr. Pitcher was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/10/26 at 10:53 p.m., Robert K. Elliott, 57, of Cicero, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Elliott is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/24/26.

On 9/11/26 at 11:06 a.m., Eliza L. Steenrod, 40, of Syracuse, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Firearm, a class E felony following an incident in the Village of Pulaski. Ms. Steenrod is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/25/26.

On 9/11/26 at 3:02 p.m., Crystal L. Cottrell, 43, of Oswego was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Amboy. Ms. Cottrell was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/11/26 at 4:44 p.m., Adam Jay Little, 46, of Oswego was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Scriba. Mr. Little was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/11/26 at 4:57 p.m., Anthoney M. Fowler, 29, of Scriba was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Scriba. Mr. Fowler was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/12/26 at 8:59 a.m., Sunshine A. Stoutenger, 46, of Fulton was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Village of Mexico. Ms. Stoutenger is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/26/26.
On 9/15/26 at 9:04 a.m., Linda Lee McNitt, 45, of Sandy Creek was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Ms. McNitt was arraigned in Family Court.

On 9/15/26 at 3:39 p.m., Sean W. Lowe, 37, of Constantia was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Lowe is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/29/26.

On 9/16/26 at 7:30 a.m., Roy W. Cooper, 47, of Oswego was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Cooper was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/16/26 at 10:42 a.m., Warren D. Swanson, 29, of Palermo was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Palermo. Mr. Swanson is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/30/26.

On 9/16/26 at 1:00 p.m., Richard H. West Jr., 39, of Palermo was arrested for Sex Offender Failure to Report Change, 1st Offense, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Palermo. Mr. West is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/30/26.

On 9/16/26 at 2:11 p.m., Anthony L. Feliciano, 31, of Hannibal was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Feliciano is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/30/26.

On 9/16/26 at 4:12 p.m., Amanda L. Cahill, 37, of Pulaski and Derek B. Stenson, 38, of Oswego were arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Sandy Creek. Ms. Cahill and Mr. Stenson are scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/30/26.

On 9/17/26 at 8:34 a.m., Matthew T. O’Neill, 27, of Mexico, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico. Mr. O’Neill was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/17/26 at 1:09 p.m., Tiffany M. White, 36, of Hastings was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Village of Mexico. Ms. White is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/1/26.
