On 9/12/25 at 5:52 p.m., Kyle A. Searor, 32, of Mexico, NY was arrested for 2 counts of Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Mexico. Mr. Searor was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/15/25 at 12:11 a.m., Cheryl A. Root, 50, of Mexico and Michelle J. Shanahan, 56, of Scriba were arrested for Conspiracy, 4th degree, a class E felony; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree, a class B felony and 2 counts of Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Volney. Ms. Root and Ms. Shanahan were arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/15/25 at 11:34 a.m., Joshua R. Wood, 43, of Fulton was arrested for Sex Offender Failure to Report Change, 1st Offense, a class E felony based on the Corrections Law pertaining to the Sex Offender Registry. At the same time, Mr. Wood was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of New York State Parole. Mr. Wood was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/15/25 at 12:06 p.m., Devlin K. White, 29, of Oswego was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Broward County Sheriff’s Office, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Mr. White was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/16/25 at 8:29 a.m., Rodnay A. Doolittle, 42, of Syracuse and Breanna L. Ouderkirk, 34, of Syracuse were arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 5th degree, a class D felony; 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree, a class B felony and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Doolittle and Ms. Ouderkirk were arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/16/25 at 11:25 a.m., Shelly A. Machuga, 34, of Hastings was arrested for 5 counts of Overdriving, Torturing and Injuring Animals: Failure to provide proper sustenance based on the Agriculture and Markets Law following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Ms. Machuga is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/30/25.
On 9/16/25 at 2:09 p.m., Ronald P. Blasier, 30, of Cleveland was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Amboy. Mr. Blasier was arraigned in CAP Court.
Mr. Blasier was also arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Vienna. Mr. Blasier was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/16/25 at 6:59 p.m., Patrick J. Scheuer, 34, of Constantia was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Amboy. Mr. Scheuer was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/16/25 at 10:06 p.m., Riley James Ingoldby, 25, of Palermo was arrested for 2 counts of Criminal Contempt, 1st degree, a class E felony and Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of New Haven. Mr. Ingoldby was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/18/25 at 1:49 a.m., Donna L. Towne, 56, of Central Square was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Palermo. Ms. Towne was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/18/25 at 2:05 p.m., Jacob Lee Bartlett, 21, of Mexico was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Richland. Mr. Bartlett was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/18/25 at 7:00 p.m., Collette M. Moyer, 59, of Mexico was arrested for 2 counts of Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Village of Mexico. Ms. Moyer is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/2/25.
On 9/18/25 at 8:59 p.m., Scott D. Feneran, 36, of Scriba was arrested for 4 counts of Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Feneran was arraigned in CAP Court.
