Oswego County Sheriff’s Office September 27, 2024

On 9/20/24 at 12:37 p.m., Michael D. Micale, 50, of Cicero, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Richland.  Mr. Micale was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/20/24 at 8:40 p.m., Whitmon R. Chilson, 44, of Hastings was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of West Monroe.  Mr. Chilson was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/21/24 at 8:43 a.m., Nelson Quinones, 42, of Oswego, NY was arrested for Criminal Trespass, 2^nddegree and Resisting Arrest following an incident in the Town of Scriba.  Mr. Quinones was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/22/24 at 1:42 p.m., Scott A. Cardinali, 44, of Hannibal was arrested for Menacing, 2^nd degree and Aggravated Harassment, 2^nd degree following an incident in the Town of Hannibal.  Mr. Cardinali is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/6/24.

On 9/23/24 at 12:10 p.m., Kimberly A. Keating, 47, of Minetto was arrested for Criminal Trespass, 2^nd degree following an incident in the Town of Minetto.  Ms. Keating is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/7/24.

On 9/23/24 at 12:27 p.m., Autumn A. Cree, 29, of Hogansburg, NY and Carrigan A. Lamb, 27, of Massena, NY were arrested for Criminal Possession of Cannabis, 3^rd degree, a class A misdemeanor and Criminal Possession of Cannabis, 1^st degree, a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Parish.  Ms. Cree and Ms. Lamb were arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/23/24 at 6:40 p.m., Mathew W. Euson, 37, of Pulaski was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court.  Mr. Euson was arraigned in Family Court.

On 9/24/24 at 11:10 a.m., Collin J. Westbrook, 43, of Central Square was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 1^st degree, a class E felony following an incident in Central Square.  Mr. Westbrook was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/24/24 at 12:35 p.m., Jaime Lynne Virgo, 37, of Hannibal was arrested for Conspiracy, 4^th degree, a class E felony; Burglary, 2^nd degree, a class C felony and Grand Larceny, 4^th degree, a class E felony stemming her alleged involvement in an incident in August 2024 in the Village of Phoenix.  Ms. Virgo was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/26/24 at 1:47 p.m., Gregory H. Casbeer, 35, of Mexico was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico.  Mr. Casbeer was arraigned in CAP Court.
