Oswego County Sheriff’s Office September 4, 2026

On 8/28/26 at 12:46 p.m., Dustin M. Johnson, 38, of Volney was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2^nd degree following an incident in the Village of Hannibal.  Mr. Johnson was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 8/28/26 at 12:50 p.m., Marvin J. Gunn Jr., 40, of Syracuse was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court.  Mr. Gunn was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 8/28/26 at 7:09 p.m., Irving J. Soto-Gonzalez, 35, of Fulton was arrested for Fleeing an Officer in Motor Vehicle, 3^rd degree along with multiple V&T violations following an incident in the Town of New Haven.  Mr. Soto-Gonzalez is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/11/26.

On 8/28/26 at 10:06 p.m., Robert John Byrns, 32, of Schroeppel was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico.  Mr. Byrns was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 8/29/26 at 11:26 a.m., Justin T. Seamans, 36, of Albion was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of West Monroe.  Mr. Seamans was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 8/29/26 at 12:47 p.m., Shawn M. Totman, 25, of Hannibal was arrested for Menacing, 2^nd degree; Criminal Mischief, 4^th degree; Endangering the Welfare of a Child; Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4^th degree and Harassment, 2^nd degree following an incident in the Town of Hannibal.  Mr. Totman was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 8/29/26 at 2:27 p.m., James Craig Blair, 27, of West Monroe was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2^nd degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings.  Mr. Blair was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 8/29/26 at 4:54 p.m., Seyd A. Camara, 19, of Syracuse was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Granby.  Mr. Camara is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/12/26.

On 8/30/26 at 8:23 a.m., Derek Lee Jones, 27, of Scriba was arrested for 2 counts of Failure to Exercise Control of a Minor following an incident in the Town of Scriba.  Mr. Jones is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/12/26.

On 8/30/26 at 10:32 a.m., Shawn M. Totman-Mills, 25, of Hannibal was arrested for Criminal Trespass, 2^nd degree following an incident in the Town of Hannibal.  Mr. Totman-Mills is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/13/26.

On 8/30/26 at 2:53 p.m., Ronald S. Phillips, 39, of Hastings was arrested for Menacing, 2^nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4^th degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings.  Mr. Phillips is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/13/26.

On 8/30/26 at 11:49 p.m., Damien D. Bolster, 24, of Williamstown was arrested for Assault, 3^rddegree and Unlawful Imprisonment, 2^nd degree following an incident in the Town of Mexico.  Mr. Bolster is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/13/26.

On 8/31/26 at 8:31 a.m., Philip N. Mavica, 29, of Watertown, NY was arrested for Fleeing an Officer in Motor Vehicle along with multiple V&T violations following an incident that began in the Town of Hastings.  Mr. Mavica is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/14/26.

On 8/31/26 at 9:23 a.m., Thompson J. Burnswick Jr., 48, of Granby was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7^th degree following an incident in the Town of Volney.  Mr. Burnswick is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/14/26.

On 9/1/26 at 12:34 a.m., Jazzmen C. Davis, 26, of Redfield was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Redfield.  Ms. Davis was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/1/26 at 3:25 a.m., Dennis Jacob Dingman, 31, of New Haven was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Schroeppel.  Mr. Dingman was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/1/26 at 5:56 p.m., Christopher J. Jones, 38, of Mexico, NY was arrested for 4 counts of Criminal Contempt, 2^nd degree following two separate incidents that occurred in the Town of New Haven. Mr. Jones was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/2/26 at 7:28 a.m., Donald A. Champagne Jr., 35, of Hastings was arrested for Sex Offender Failure to Change Address, a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Hastings.  Mr. Champagne was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/2/26 at 7:39 a.m., Desmond T. Parsons, 37, of Orwell was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego City Court.  Mr. Parsons was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/2/26 at 4:48 p.m., Dallas R. Broadwell, 26, of Volney was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7^th degree following an incident in the Town of New Haven.  Mr. Broadwell is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/16/26.

On 9/3/26 at 6:39 a.m., Jennifer L. Skutt, 39, of Mexico, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico.  Ms. Skutt was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/3/26 at 8:25 a.m., Jillian M. Trumble, 35, of Ellisburg, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7^th degree following an incident in the Village of Sandy Creek.  Ms. Trumble is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/17/26.

On 9/3/26 at 11:00 a.m., Ronny Dean Doss, 44, of Killeen, TX was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court charging him with Forcible Touching and Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance, a class C felony.  Mr. Doss was arraigned in Oswego City CAP Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $100,000 cash or $250,000 bond.

On 9/3/26 at 12:24 p.m., Michael G. Young, 39, of Granby was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4^th degree following an incident in the Town of Granby.  Mr. Young was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/3/26 at 3:44 p.m., Heather M. Chappell, 51, of West Monroe was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Hastings.  Ms. Chappell was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 9/4/26 at 12:13 a.m., Robert B. Race, 36, of Clay, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court.  Mr. Race is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court this evening.

On 9/4/26 at 1:43 a.m., Benjamin J. Remiesiewicz, 37, of Syracuse, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Scriba.  Mr. Remiesiewicz is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court this evening.
