On 8/29/25 at 1:05 p.m., Brandon R. Ouderkirk, 40, of Palermo was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Constantia. Mr. Ouderkirk was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/29/25 at 7:14 p.m., Gregory J. Taylor, 36, of Lacona was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Jefferson County. Mr. Taylor was turned over to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office for further processing.
At the same time, Mr. Taylor was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7thdegree. Mr. Taylor is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/12/25.
On 8/29/25 at 9:41 p.m., Michael P. Maume, 44, of Sandy Creek was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Loaded Firearm, 2nd degree, a class C felony; Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Village of Sandy Creek. Mr. Maume was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/30/25 at 2:44 a.m., Douglas R. Halsey, 38, of West Monroe was arrested for Menacing, 3rddegree; Criminal Mischief, 4th degree; Resisting Arrest and Criminal Contempt, 1st degree, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Halsey was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/30/25 at 9:33 a.m., Yolonda M. Snyder, 47, of Syracuse, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Schroeppel. Ms. Snyder was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/31/25 at 3:26 p.m., Frank E. Bommarito Jr., 39, of Waterville, NY was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 3rd degree a class E felony following an incident in the City of Oswego. Mr. Bommarito is scheduled to be arraigned in Oswego City Court on 10/9/25.
On 8/31/25 at 9:47 p.m., Amanda Beth Sampson, 38, of Oswego was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Ms. Sampson is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/14/25.
On 9/2/25 at 7:27 a.m., Henry Parkhurst, 26, of Oswego was arrested for 5 counts of Failure to Register Internet Identifiers, a class E felony based on the Sex Offender Registry Laws. Mr. Parkhurst is scheduled to be arraigned in Fulton City CAP Court on 9/18/25.
On 9/2/25 at 10:50 a.m., Martin A. Banack, 37, of Fulton was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico. Mr. Banack was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/2/25 at 11:04 a.m., Michael P. Virgo, 46, of Oswego was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree following an incident in the Town of Oswego. Mr. Virgo was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/2/25 at 12:16 p.m., Simon P. Bureau, 37, of Pulaski was arrested for Fleeing an Officer in a Motor Vehicle along with multiple V&T violations following an incident in the Town of Sandy Creek. Mr. Bureau is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/16/25.
On 9/2/25 at 12:36 p.m., Kyle C. Richards, 40, of Phoenix, NY was arrested for 4 counts of Rape, 2nddegree, a class D felony; Sex Abuse, 2nd degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Village of Phoenix. Mr. Richards was arraigned in CAP Court and remanded to the OCJ.
On 9/2/25 at 11:00 p.m., Julie A. Woolson, 48, of Williamstown, NY was arrested for Resisting Arrest following an incident in the Town of Williamstown. Ms. Woolson was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/3/25 at 11:13 a.m., William A. Butcher, 31, of Albion was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Fulton City Court. Mr. Butcher was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/4/25 at 3:52 p.m., Eric P. Drought, 43, of Amboy was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico. Mr. Drought was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/4/25 at 10:49 p.m., Benjamin J. Crouch, 36, of West Monroe was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Crouch was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/4/25 at 11:37 p.m., Chad P. Wooding, 52, of Phoenix, NY was arrested for Resisting Arrest following an incident in the Village of Phoenix. Mr. Wooding was arraigned in CAP Court.
Stemming from a separate incident, Mr. Wooding was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 3rd degree, a class E felony and Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree. Mr. Wooding was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/5/25 at 12:44 a.m., Brian M. Indick, 36, of Palermo was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego City Court. Mr. Indick was arraigned in CAP Court.
