OSWEGO COUNTY – On December 14, 2022, the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office arrested Lee Cooper, 42, of Sandy Creek. Cooper was arrested for Rape in the First Degree and two counts of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree.
In this case, both victims are children under the age of 11 and are known to Cooper.
Cooper was arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court and remanded to Oswego County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash or $50,000 bond. An order of protection was issued for the victims of these crimes.
This incident is still under investigation.
