On 5/15/08 at 3:32 a.m., Jacob J. Vieira, 19, of 1110 Cloister Court, Baldwinsville, NY; John L. Polmanteer, 18, of 206 Land Rush Way, Baldwinsville, NY; Andrew Sims, 18, of 4585 Wetzel Rd., Liverpool, NY; a 17 year old male residing in Baldwinsville, NY and a 16 year old female residing in Baldwinsville, NY were arrested for Petit Larceny, a class A misdemeanor after the investigation into an alleged report of juveniles stealing from vehicles at the Caughdenoy Dam area. The individuals were located in a car on US Rt. 11 in the Village of Central Square and issued an appearance ticket, returnable to the Town of Hastings on 5/28/08. The 16 year old female was also issued a ticket for Uninspected Motor Vehicle, returnable to the V/O Central Square Court at a later date.On 5/22/08, Frederick M. Stuter, 40, of 27 CR 54, Phoenix, NY was arrested at 8:29 a.m. for Failure to Report New Address with the Sex Offender Registry, a class A misdemeanor and Sex Offender Registry Violation, 1st offense, also a class A misdemeanor, of the Corrections Law after it was reported that he had not made notification of his change of address. Mr. Stuter was arraigned in front of Hon. Judge Kerfien in Volney Town Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2500.00 cash or $5000.00 bail bond. He is scheduled to appear in Schroeppel Town Court on 6/3/08.
On 5/22/08 at 7:40 p.m., a 17 year old female residing in the City of Fulton was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, 5th degree and Petit Larceny, both class A misdemeanors following a complaint made by the Wal-Mart in Granby where she was an employee. She was released on an appearance ticket, returnable to the Town of Granby Court on 6/2/08.
On 5/23/08 at 11:05 p.m., a 16 year old female residing in the Town of Scriba was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Operating a Motor Vehicle with BAC of .08 of 1%, both class A misdemeanors and Unlicensed Operation of MV after the investigation into a one vehicle mva on SR 176 between Black Creek Rd. and Whittmore Rd. in the Town of Scriba. She was processed at the PSC and released to a third party with a court date of 6/5/08.
