On 6/1/08 Timothy E. Smith, 43, 451 CR 11 Apt. # Lot 7, West Monroe, NY was arrested at 7:39 p.m. for Criminal Contempt, 2nd, a class A misdemeanor. Mr. Smith was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of West Monroe Court on 6/23/08. The arrest stems from an incident in which he was accused of violating a Stay Away Order of Protection by engaging in an argument with the named individual in the order.On 6/3/08 at 3:10 a.m., Daniel L. Regal, 31, of 2068 SR 49, Constantia, NY was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor and Harassment, Second Degree stemming from an incident in which he allegedly threatened to cut the victim’s throat and smash her face with a hammer in the presence of an individual less than 17 years of age. Mr. Regal was arraigned in the Town of Constantia Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500.00 cash or $1000.00 bond. He is scheduled to return to the Town of Constantia Court on 6/30/08.
