On 6/4/08 at 2:37 p.m., C R Libby-Stone, 21, of 611 S. Granby Rd., Fulton, NY was operating a X Fighter RR (miniature motorcycle) traveling west on German-Dale Rd. in the Town of Granby, when the he lost control, driving off the road and hitting a ditch. Mr. Libby-Stone was taken by ambulance to Oswego Hospital. Driver inexperience seems to have been a contributing factor.On 6/10/08, Sarah E. Edmonds, 18, of 9 Overbrook Lane, Baldwinsville, NY was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Operating a Motor Vehicle with BAC .08 of 1% or more alcohol, both misdemeanors, Operator Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana after the investigation into an property damage motor vehicle accident that occurred in the parking lot of Fulton Savings Bank, located on CR 57 in the Village of Phoenix, in which she allegedly was backing up and struck a pole. Ms. Edmonds was issued UTT’s, returnable to the Town of Schroeppel Court on 6/25/08.
