Rotarians Hear About The Children’s Board

FULTON – At a recent Fulton Sunrise Rotary Club meeting, Rotarian Janet Lake introduced Christine Kearns, co-president of the Children’s Board of Oswego, NY, Inc.

The Children’s Board is a not-for-profit community organization dedicated to enhancing the physical, emotional, and cultural well-being of the children of Oswego County and is comprised of volunteers who commit to work on specific projects designed to improve the lives of these children.

The volunteer board meets monthly, from September through May, on the third Tuesday of the month, to provide steering to the committees designated for each project and to monitor funds raised to support the programs of the organization.
