Tickets to the event can be obtained from any Buc parent, or at the door.
Participants will have the opportunity to win prizes provided by local Oswego businesses. A 50/50 raffle will also take place. Proceeds of the event will be used for The Buc Parent League’s efforts to save the school.
The Buc Junior/Senior High School is currently ending its second school year. The alternative school, which is part of the Oswego City School District, was established to improve student graduation rates.
The Buc is currently in danger of being closed to fill a budgetary gap. The Buc Parent League is in a race to provide a sustainable plan and funding sources to save the nationally recognized Big Picture School. The parents and students are appreciative of the overwhelming support they have experienced from the community.
