Scriba Man Arrested Following Neighbor Dispute

SCRIBA, NY – At about 7:38 a.m. today (April 4), State Police responded to a criminal mischief complaint on Middle Road in the town of Scriba.

Investigation at the scene revealed Mark E. Gloska, 34, of Middle Road, allegedly deflated the tires on two of his neighbors’ vehicles, damaging them, following a dispute overnight.

Gloska was taken into custody and transported to SP Fulton where he was charged with two counts of Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, a class “A” misdemeanor.

He is scheduled to appear in the town of Scriba Court on April 14 at 7 p.m.
