The board of the Port of Oswego Authority (POA), recently donated $250 to the Oswego Bookmobile in memory of Martha Hammill, who taught 5th Grade at Leighton Elementary and who was the wife of Terrence Hammill, past POA board chair. Debbie Godden, POA, presents the check to Janet Hutcheson, Oswego Bookmobile board member.
