FRONT DOOR 25 NINE MILE 15
After surrendering early leads and falling behind by two after four innings, Front Door scored six in the fifth and seven more in the sixth to defeat Nine Mile by a score of 25 to 15. Front Door started the winning rally in the fifth when winning pitcher Bruce Maynes lead off with a walk. After Pat Chalone singled to put runners on first and third, George Hoffman, Jr. singled home a run. Then after Tom Pullen walked to load the bases, the big blow was a three run triple by Jim Rafter. Matt Bacon provided most of the run production for Front door as he went four for five driving in five runs. Rafte and Mike Mc Carthy Sr had 3 RBI’S each. Driving in two runs each were Hoffman and Straub. Mc Carthy, Rafte, Bacon, John Ferry, Chalone and Hoffman all had multiple hits in the game. The big blows for Nine Mile Came off of Nick Tryt as he accounted for five runs scoring 3 in the first on a home run and two more in the third on a home run. Tryt had four hits in the game while Jon Proyr had three. In picking up the win Maynes struck out two.
CHEAP SEATS 30 LA GRAFF’S PUB 6
A 14 run sixth inning put the icing on the cake as Cheap Seats blasted La Graff’s Pub 30 to 6. In picking up the win, Cheap Seats scored in every inning of the game

GRACE O’MALLEY’S 14 SOUTH FORTY 2
Grace O’Malley’s defeated South 40 by a score of 14 to 2. In winning this game by the run rule, Grace O’Malley’s scored five times in the first and third innings. In picking up the win Kurt Ferris allowed only 1 hit to Bill Bosch, Pete Sears and Cory Sullivan. For Grace O’Malley’s Nick Noyes, Mark Loomis and Andy Mc Donald had two hits each, while Chad Raymond had a single, and Jason Bryant a double.
PAUL’S BIG M 12 RVP INTERNATIONAL 4
Behind the six hit pitching of Josh Flett, Paul’s Big M crushed RVP International 12 to 4. Jeremy Thompson led the way for Pauls with four hits, while Terry Thompson had three. Derek Harrington had three hits and a triple, while B.J. Mc Anulty had two hits and a triple. For RVP International Joe Cuyler singled and tripled, while Ed Mahar had a double. Dan Taylor added two singles.

CHEAP SEATS 13 GARY’S 6
An 8 run fifth rallied Cheap Seats to a 13 to 6 victory over Gary’s. Brian Finch led Cheap Seats offensively with two doubles. Tim Kirwan had two singles and a triple, while Mike Lavner had two singles. For Gary’s Ron Cahill had two home runs, while Grey Lavery, Jeremy Cahill and Bruce Leone had two hits each. Craig Trude was the winning pitcher.
SCRIBA TOWN INN 16 ALLIANCE 3
Scriba Town Inn jumped out to a quick lead and never looked back as they defeated Alliance 16 to 3. Scott Dubois had three hits and a double for Scriba Town Inn. Also for Scriba Town Inn, John B had three hits, Tim Hammond a single and double, while Kevin Luhr added a home run. For Alliance John Fike had two hits. Bucky O’Grady was the winning pitcher.

THIRSTY’S 11 CAC PROPERTY MANAGEMENT 7
Shawn Baldwin allowed only 9 hits as he pitched Thirsty’s to an 11 to 7 win over CAC Property Management. In picking up the win Baldwin helped his own cause with a single and triple. A.J. King contributed with two singles and a double, while Shawn Domicola had two doubles. Juan Vasquez also had a double. For CAC Property Management, Will Boulter had two hits, as did Mark Higgins.
CHEAP SEATS 10 CATHY’S WINGS 9 (9 innings)
After letting a six run lead slip away, Cheap Seats had too rally for two runs in the bottom of the ninth inning to claim a 10 to 9 win over Cathy’s wings. Picking up two hits each for Cheap Seats was Terry Peck, Art Brown, and Adam Russo. One of Peck’s hit was a double. For Cathy’s wings Craig Bennett had there hits, while Mike Rodgers and John Harris had two hits each with one of Rodgers hit being a double. Jim Higgins was the winning Pitcher.
