CAC MANAGEMENT 11 THIRSTY’S 10
Although being out hit CAC Property Management edged Thirsty’s by a score of 11 to 10. Scoring in every inning by the third and seventh, CAC was able to come back after being outscored 9 to 1 in the first inning. Leading CAC with a triple each was Bill Ruggio and Justin Buske. Rich Haynes and Pete Galetta had two hits each. Leading Thirty’s with a home run was Ed Kuzawski. Dave Burger had three hits, while Dave Nalle, Shawn Baldwin, Shawn Damicola and Juan Vasquis head two hits each. Tom Muroski was the winning pitcher.
CHEAP SEATS 26 CATHY’S WINGS 10
In a game ended by the run rule, Cheap Seats clipped Cathy’s Wings 26 to 10. Trailing by 3 at the end of one, Cheap Seats scored 18 times in the second to put the game out of reach. Will Dumont had a grand slam home run for Cheap Seats, while Adam Russo had a 2 run inside the park home run. Phil Kelly had two singles and two doubles, while Bruce Schaefer and Kurt Pomerenke had two hits each. Terry Peck added a single and triple. Cathy’s Wings Kevin Hurlbut had a single and double, while Mike Spicer, Roger Barnes, and Ed Heeley had two hits each. Tom Woodruff allowed only 12 hits in picking up the win.
MEN’S B – SLOW
GARY’S 7 CHEAP SEATS 3
Scoring once in the second and six in the third carried Gary’s too a 7 to 3 win over Cheap Seats. Highlighted the Gary’s offense with a single and double was Steve Monette, while Ron Cahill and Terry Thompson added a double each. Shawn Corroccio had two hits to lead Cheap Seats.
SCRIBA TOWN INN 11 ALLIANCE 3
A five run first was all Scriba Town Inn needed to register an 11 to 3 win over Alliance. John Fitzgerald 4 for 4 performance along with Kevin Luhr single and first inning 3 run homer lead Scriba Town Inn. Scott Dubois added three hits as did John Bugow with one of his hits a triple. Picking up two hits each For Alliance was John Fike and Ken Maynes. Ken Watson had three hits. Jim O’Grady was the winning pitcher.

MEN’S D – SLOW
FRONT DOOR 14 NINE MILE 2
Scoring three times in the first Front Door never looked back as they defeated Nine Mile 14 to 2. Front Door got on the board quick in the first as Bob Straub led off with a double George Hoffman V, Henry Borick, John Ferry, and Jeff Hoffman all hit safely in the first. After Nine Mile cut the lead to one, Front Door retailed with 6 runs in the second. Tom Pullen and George Hoffman Jr led off the inning with singles. Straub then knocked in a run with his second double of the night. Mike Mc Carthy Sr triple produced two more runs. Matt Bacon’s 3 run homer ended the scoring in the second. Front Door scored 4 more in the third and eneded the game by the run rule as they added the winning marker in the home half of the fifth. Nine Mile Scored their only runs in the second as Nick Tryt reach base safely on an error, Cliff Wendt then doubled. Tryt and Wendt both scored on groundouts. Mc Carthy Sr was the winning pitcher allowing only 3 hits.
CHEAP SEATS 14 LA GRAFF’S 10
Cheap Seats held off a last inning rally to defeated La Graff’s 14 to 10. Leading 14 to 3 after 5, La Graff’s rally fell short as they scored twice in the sixth and five in the seventh. Phil Shene had a single, and double for Cheap Seats, while Ryan Delong had a single and two doubles. George Delong added a triple, while B.J. Haines had a single and triple. For La Graff’s Bill Sharkey, Mark Sledzonia had two hits each. Randy Ritzkes and Jerry Blum had three hits each, while Joe Salazzo banged out a triple.
MENS C – FAST
GRACE O’MALLEY’S 13 SOUTH FORTY 4
John Crawford’s inside the park home run set the pace as Grace O’Malley’s defeated South Forty 13 to 4. A six run sixth by Grace O’Malley’s ended the game by the run rule. Crawford also had a double, while teammates A.J. King had two hits and a double, and Nick Noyes had single singles and a triple. Of the 6 hits allowed by Kurt Ferris Nelson Bartlett, George Young and Eric Sherman had two each.
MC ANULTY’S 11 RVP INTERNATIONAL 8
Scoring 10 runs over the first three innings, Mc Anulty’s held off RVP International 11 to 8. Derrick Harrington led Mc Anulty’s with a singled, double and triple, while Bruce Leone had a single and tripled. Jeremy Thompson and Joey Bartosek had two hits each while Mike Earl, Chris Cahill and B.J. Mc Anulty had one each. Leading RVP International with two singles and a triple was Ed Mahar, while Dave Hundra had two hits. Gary Paricio, Dom Reitz, Shaun Baldwin and Scott Cannova had one hit each.

MEN’S B-FAST
BUDWEISER 3 OSWEGO QUALITY CARPETS 0
Facing only 25 batters Budweiser’s Rick Goodman fired a no hitter as Budweiser defeated Oswego Quality Carpets 3 to 0. In picking up the win Goodman struck out 9, and only walked two. There were 2 errors made behind him with his only blemish being a hit batsman. Opposing pitcher Bill Harrington only allowed 5 hits, one being a double by Mike Goodman. Sean Kelly had two hits, while Nate Faden and Brooks Beshures had one each.
WHEAT’S EXCAVATION 2 CUTRO’S 0
Both teams picked up four hits each, however Wheat’s Excavation made the most of there four as they defeated Cutro’s by a score of 2 to 0. For Wheat’s who scored once in the third and again in the sixth, Jay Cernaro was the offensive leader with a single and triple. Jim Bevaqua had a triple while Aaron Fritton had a single. Joe Salazzo had half of Cutro’s hits with a singled and double, while Mike Mckie and Art Thurlow had one each.

OCA 10 CAMPUS HEIGHTS 3
Allowing only 8 hits Scott Leonard picked up the win as undefeated OCA defeated Campus Heights 10 to 3. OCA who put the game away with a five run fourth was led by Mike Clark who had a solo home run. Jay Cenaro had a single and triple, while Aaron Fritton singled and doubled. Both Tom Farrell and Matt Burridge had two hits each. Of the 8 hits allowed by Leonard, Sean Kelly with a single and triple accounted for two of them. Two more were off the bat of Troy Kocher.
LIGHT HOUSE LANES (SC) 15 CHEAP SEATS 4
Six runs in the first and six more in the fourth carried Light House Lanes (SC) to a 15 to 4 win over Cheap Seats. In this game ended by the run rule, Joe Salazzo had a triple for Light House Lanes. Also contributing to Light House Lanes attack was Mitch Tombs with a double and home run. Shawn Cloonan had a triple, while Terry Thompson and John Coughlin had one gut each. Robb Finn added a double.
MEN’S E – SLOW
LIGHT HOUSE LANES 15 CAM’S PIZZERIA 14
Leading the entire game, Light House Lanes after falling behind by three had to fight from behind with four runs in the bottom of the seventh to edge Cam’s 15 to 14. A six run top of the seventh gave Cam’s its first lead of the game, however they couldn’t hold off the challenge of Light House Lanes. Bill Hibbert led Light House Lanes with a triple, while Jimmer Baldwin had a single and double. Del Guile had three hits for Cam’s, while both Nick Klebs and Fran Seacor had a single and triple. Chirs Izyk added a triple.
PRESS BOX 12 OSWEGO ALLIANCE 2
Leading by only two after four Press Box scored 8 more time over the last half of the game to defeat Oswego Alliance 12 to 2. Mike Mc Crobie led Press Box with two single and a double. Bob Burt added a triple, while Jeff Mc Crobie had a single and double. Mike Sullivan had a double, while Bob Burt had a triple. Doug Campbell also reached first safely two times. For Oswego Alliance Luis Cruz and Paul Oleyourrk had two hits each. Bill Runearl was the winning pitcher
