City of Fulton Softball League results for Friday, June 13, 2008

6:00 F (M-C) McLane’s held off McLane’s II seventh inning comeback attempt, 10-9. Greg Francisco doubled, singled twice, scored a run and drove in three RBIs for Mclane’s, Ken Majchrzak lined a triple scoring two RBIs, slapped three singled and scored once while Cameron Bliss lined a two-run inside-the-park homer, singled, scored and drove in another RBI. Dale Guernsey sliced three singles, scored twice and amassed two RBIs for McLane’s II, Gary Becker lined three singles, walked, scored twice and knocked in a run while Doug Metrick singled twice, scored a run and drove in two RBIs.

7:00 F (M-I) Whoosah Lounge/Chaser’s scored six runs in the first three innings before using defense to hold A&M Softball at bay, 7-5. Darren Chenette doubled, singled, scored a run and drove in two runs for Whoosah Lounge/Chaser’s, Doug Roik doubled, singled and scored twice as Collin France singled twice, scored once and knocked in a run. Matt Turner doubled, singled scored twice, and drove in two RBIs for A&M Softball, Don Moody slapped two singles, walked and scored a run as Jeff Miner and Andy Ward each singled twice and drove in a run.

6:00 D (M-C) Orangeman scored four runs in the first inning and held the lead against Cooper’s/Muskie’s, 6-5. Matt Emmons doubled, singled and scored two runs for Orangemen, Jason Schneider slapped two singles, scored a run and drove in an RBI as Jeremy Walker reached base twice and knocked in two RBIs. Ernie Morrison crushed a two-run home run, singled, and scored an additional run for Cooper’s/Muskie’s, Mike Morrison tripled, doubled and scored a run as Carl Morrison slapped two singles and drove in a run.

7:00 D (M-B) CP Drywall scored four runs in the seventh to take the win from We Care Organics, 8-6. Mike Rodgers sliced three singles and scored a run for CP Drywall, Matt Kitts doubled, singled, scored and drove in two RBIs as Cameron Cotton slapped two singles knocking in a run. Brian Calkins blasted a two-run home run and singled twice for We Care Organics, Eric Sherman singled twice, scored a run and drove in a run as Mike Weller lined two singles and scored a run.

8:00 D (M-B) Save-A-Lot flooded Fran’s Riverfront, 19-3. Craig Trude launched a three run homer, doubled twice, singled and scored three other times for Save-A-Lot, Shawn Best lined a solo home run, doubled, singled twice , scored and drove in two more RBIs as Falsto Ramirez crushed two home runs, singled scored a total of three times and amassed three RBIs. Joel Vescio singled, scored and sacrificed in a run for Fran’s Riverfront, Mike Ditton doubled and scored a run as Keith Roberts singled and scored an RBI.
