Devin LeClair blasted a three-run home run, a RBI double, two singles, scored twice to amass four RBIs for Pittsburg Paints/Purcell’s Paints, Josh LeVea smacked four hits and scored four runs as Nick Hargraves tripled, doubled, singled, scored once and knocked in three runs. Aaron Knapp lined a inside-the-park home run and two singles for Gorman’s, Dave Crofoot tripled home three runs and scored once as Lou French singled and scored.
7:00 F (W-D) Lakeview Lanes & Us rallied past 4 Season’s Contracting/FTS/Poormans, 23-7. 4 Season’s Contracting/FTS/Poormans stayed even with the undefeated Lakeview Lanes & Us team until a five-run fourth inning began to separate the two teams. Jessica Humphrey doubled, singled three times, scored three runs and drove in five RBIs for Lakeview Lanes & Us, Monita Vincent singled twice, scored three runs and amassed five RBIs while Alicia Dorn doubled twice, singled twice, scored twice and knocked in three runs. Jolene Stoutenger doubled twice, singled twice, scored twice and drove home four RBIs for 4 Season’s Contracting/FTS/Poormans, Amanda Mason stroked three singles and scored once as Lori Maher and Tammy Vezzose each scored twice.
6:00 D (M-D) Lehigh Cement poured over Roofs by Frank/Lakeview Lanes/Crazy Gators, 7-5. Roofs by Frank/Lakeview Lanes/Crazy Gators broke a first inning tie with a run in the second inning before Lehigh Cement rallied for three runs in the fourth. Dave Wheeler socked a three-run home run and walked for Lehigh Cement, AJ Alfardo singled twice, scored once and drove in a run as Rick Vazquez doubled home two runs and singled. Carl Clothier doubled, singled twice, scored once and knocked home a run for Roofs by Frank/Lakeview Lanes/Crazy Gators, Jeff Lanning singled twice, scored once and drove a run home as Pete Galletta singled a run home, walked twice and scored once.
7:00 D (M-D) McDonald’s trimmed Butler Fence, 10-9. Butler Fence took a four-run lead in the third before McDonald’s rallied for eight runs and held on for the victory. Rob Bracy lined three singles, scored once and drove home two RBIs for McDonald’s, Mick Mulcahy reached base twice, scored twice and knocked in two runs as Jim D’Imperio doubled, singled and scored twice. Don Grabowski doubled, singled, scored twice and delivered three RBIs for Butler Fence, Ken Ackerman doubled, singled twice, scored once and drove in a run while Toby McCleery reached base twice, scored twice and knocked in a run.
8:00 D (W-D) A&M Softball flew over Shepard Enterprise, 20-8. Shepard Enterprise scored at least one run in each of the final four innings while A&M Softball tallied eight runs in the third and seven runs in the sixth. Sara Williamson doubled, singled, walked twice, scored twice and drove in four RBIs for A&M Softball, Billie Jo Steere reached base four times, scored twice and knocked in three runs while Rachel Hutchinson doubled, singled, scored three times and got a run home. Jolene Clark tripled home two runs and scored for Shepard Enterprise, Chrissy Baker doubled, singled, walked and scored once while Jess Shultz reached base twice, scored once and drove in a run.
9:00 D (M-D) AIDS Community Resources held off R-BAR for a 12-11 victory. AIDS Community Resources rallied for seven runs in the bottom of the fifth inning to take a 12-1 advantage before R-BAR scored nine runs in the sixth and one in the seventh to pull within a run. Shayne Bogardus socked a two-run home run and scored following a single for AIDS Community Resources, Mike Galvin belted a home run, a RBI tripled and scored twice as Mike Hartman doubled home two RBIs, singled and scored two runs. Doug Miller reached base four times, scored once and drove home two RBIs for R-BAR, Jim Stanski smacked three singles, scored once and knocked in a run while Frank Metcalf reached base three times, scored twice and delivered a RBI.
